Keyless entry, bike storage, and for the environmentally conscious - there are high efficiency AC /heating units as well as garbage compactors so you can stay at your home-away-from-home comfortably, while remaining environmentally-friendly. Our cozy crib is located at the center of the bus lines, the free Charm City Circulator Bus that's goes to all major attractions downtown and minutes from Penn station so you don’t waste a second getting to where you need to go. There's also a Zip car pickup station right across the street from our apartment if you're looking into renting a car.
Since this is a renovated warehouse with green living in mind, we keep energy use to a minimum. That means, NO ELEVATORS (2 floor walk up- honestly not that bad but if elderly or have trouble walking 2 flights, this home may not be for you), hallways with motion sensor light etc. So please be mindful of turning apartment lights off when not in use or leaving to explore the beautiful city of Baltimore.

I'm a professional tourist, so I'll likely be out of the country and be available via wifi for many hours each day, but in the event of an emergency I have a trusted friend who knows everything about the property and will leave that emergency contact in the home manual on this site.
