Close to Inner Harbor You’ll love this 1860's home with it's cozy and unique feel that is centrally located. PETS are welcome up to a maximum of two. If you are bringing a pet they should be considered as a guest for pricing purposes.
This home in the 600 S. Block of Milton is centrally located for both pedestrians and commuters alike. The Corner Juice Bar, Patterson Perk Coffee Shop, Verde Brick Oven Pizza, Mayuree Thai and Bmore Licks Ice Cream are just a few of the many great places all within a block of the home. The Park, dog park and brick promenade along the water are all within walking distance.
The bedroom upstairs has blackout shades, room darkening drapes along with blinds for whatever your sleeping preference maybe.
Guests will have access to the entire first and second floor. The bedroom is semi-private as you walk up the stairs and are in the open bedroom loft. The basement is not accessible unless requested in advance to use the dryer.
There is a narrow parking pad in the back of the house with several chairs that you can use to sit outside or take with you to the park at the end of the street!

If you bring pets, you are required by law to keep your dogs on leashes while in the park. There is a fenced in dog park located at the park to the east near the tennis courts close to the intersection of Eastern Ave and Linwood. You are able to let your dog off leash and run in that area. Please take plastic bags with you from the house as pet owners are required to pick up where ever their pet goes. The bags should either be left in the park trash cans or in the green trash can in the back of the house in the parking pad area. Please do not use any of the neighbor trash cans. Please be respectful of the neighbors and park volunteers efforts to make our neighborhoods green and do not let your pet pee on neighbor's containers, plants or park garden areas as this kills the plants.
