This super central studio was completely renovated in August 2020. It has an amazing view over Universitate Square and the Intercontinental Hotel, a cozy small balcony and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Universitate metro station is literally in front of the building and the Old Town is at 4 minutes walking distance.

At ground floor you will find a 24/7 open market, an amazing bakery, an organic food shop, ATM and exchange office.

The space
The studio is situated at the 6th floor of a building right next to the Intercontinental Hotel. Being at a few steps of the Km 0, it is located on one of the mains boulevards in Bucharest, being steps away of the Old Town area.

Being renovated in August 2020, the studio was equipped with new windows and blind shades so you don't need to worry about getting a good night sleep.

From the small terrace you can observe the city's vibe, drink your morning coffee or enjoy a good wine in the evening.

This space has been created with the desire of meeting all the requirements of guests. We invested a lot of love and enthusiasm and we've worked with a professional interior designer in order for you to love your 'home away from home' as well!

Please note that both beds are in the same room, so if you're more than 2 and want privacy, please contact me for some other options, as this studio is not suitable for couples who want intimacy.
