Atypical accommodation decorated like in the days of our grandmothers with pretty flea market treasures... In the center of Nolay overlooking the Halles. Quiet, peaceful and charming accommodation, the Mercerie is divided into two separate apartments (2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms) with a common hall to meet, you have all the places at your disposal.
Please note! Rental only for 10 to 12 guests. If you are fewer, you can rent the apartments separately.
The space
The Mercerie is composed of two separate apartments and a large common entrance hall.
Each of the apartments consists of a living room/kitchen, a double bedroom, a "dormitory" bedroom consisting of 4 single beds, a toilet and a bathroom, which allows to accommodate a total of 12 guests and to keep its comfort and privacy while reserving common times in the large hall.
Please note, we rent the entire Mercerie from 10 guests up to 12. Below, you have the option to book only at Madeleine's or Simone's (see our other listings)
We also inform you that the two apartments contain steps, so they are not suitable for people with reduced mobility or with mobility difficulties.
On the other hand, if you like modern places, with perfect, smooth and straight walls and floors, La Mercerie is not for you... On the other hand, if you appreciate the character of the old, the objects found here or there, the places full of history, you will undoubtedly love this place and you will feel like in a cocoon with a nice return to the past...
La Mercerie is ideally located, quiet, in the historic center of the pretty village of Nolay. You will have a magnificent view of the Halles, the typical church and the square of the same name. Place des Halles, which houses some bars and restaurants that we recommend.
A few meters away, you also have nice convenience stores: bakeries, butcher shop, bookstore, tobacco press...
You can park quite easily on the street of the accommodation, in the adjoining streets or in the parking lot opposite the bakery.
Finally, for amateurs, you have the option to rent bikes a few steps away at the tourist office
The village of Nolay is conveniently located 20 minutes from Beaune and Autun, 40 minutes from Dijon and a few minutes by car from the most beautiful vineyards in the region (Meursault, Pommard, etc.).
A beautiful climbing site is also located minutes from Nolay.

We have chosen to apply a low cleaning fee given the size of the premises. This fee is only used to renew the cleaning products available to you. Please leave the premises as impeccable as you found them when you arrived, including the entrance hall
