The space
Eva's House is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with mountain view, sun terrace, terrace, barbecue and traditional built oven with woods. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 cozy attic that communicates, 1 bathroom and 1 WC, fitted with complimentary toiletries, towels and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker and kettle. It is suitable for preparation of meals. There is also provided a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a CD Player and a radio. The accommodation has an air condition, a fireplace, a washing machine, heating and wardrobes in each bedroom.
Eva’s House is ideal for couples, friends and families with kids. It can accommodate up to 7 people, 6 adults in the bedrooms and 1 child up to 16 years old at the couch in the living room.

Eva's House is located in the center of Vourvourou in a quiet and safe area, 300m away from an ATM and the Supermarket Dionysos, both located on the main street of the village, along with the other shops and many restaurants. Easy access to the famous and magnificent beach Karydi that is ideal for families with small children. Many more idyllic beaches in Vourvourou and Diaporos island that faces the coasts of Vourvourou, with turquoise crystal waters and many small pine-covered and secluded coves. Numerous of similar beaches with beach bars or not, close to Vourvourou all over in Sithonia. Diaporos is accessible by renting a boat or a kayak and is more than worth visiting. The property is 11,5km away from the village Agios Nikolaos with a medical center and pharmacies and 8km away from Ormos Panagia, where are organized daily cruises. Those visit the coasts around the Holly Mount Athos with a stop at Ouranoupolis or Ammouliani island, or the islands around Ammouliani and Diaporos in Vourvourou. Nikiti is 12km away, with both traditional architecture and a touristic beach. There are located many shops, banks, pharmacies and large supermarkets, a post office and a cinema. Sarti, Neos Marmaras and the famous resort Porto Carras, with spa, casino, golf and riding club, beach bar and the manor Porto Carras are 30km away from the property. On the way towards Sarti one can meet many beach bars, such as Bahia, Manassu and Armenistis, as well as Kavourotrypes beach.

A tour in the property along with a thorough description of our facilities are taking place immediately after the arrival, so that guests could start feeling like home. Our welcome also provides them with additional information on the area and its sights, such as instructions to beaches and villages, as well as our own recommendations for restaurants, shops and outdoor activities.

In case that information regarding transfer to Vourvourou is needed, we provide our guests with all the customized routes and means of transportation or we help them booking a taxi or renting a car.
