This space is a private 3RD floor of a historic home. Featuring a private entrance, King bedroom, 1 bathroom, open living space, updated kitchen, and enclosed porch. The best part about this space is the location- walking distance to the lakes, restaurants, grocery, and coffee shops, pubs, shopping. The house is old which means charming quirks and interesting features. Stocked with basic amenities. Professionally cleaned. Basic but comfy stay for guests who want to be close to the city/ lake.
The space is unique because of its location. In the heart of the city, yet quite. Close to downtown, museums, restaurants, bars, shopping, and coffee shops. About 20 min from the airport depending on traffic. If you are up for an adventure the lakes are 2 blocks away where you can rent paddle boards, canoes, and bikes. Public transportation a few blocks away. The home is very old and quirky. The bathroom is very functional but unique. Overhead lighting was not a thing when the home was built, so lamps are available, and feel free to move them around from room to room.
The entire 3rd floor- private entrance on the side of the house. Guests have access to the basement for laundry.

My husband and I are young working corporate professionals who love to travel and explore our Minneapolis neighborhood. We are primarily hosts on Airbnb, but also love to travel.
The private 3rd level of our home is a one bedroom suite, so we open it to guests.
Our house has 3 floors- the first we live on, the second we rent out, and the 3rd unit we share with guests.
Let me know if you need Minneapolis advise on where to eat, what to do, and what to see while you are here. Minneapolis has a wide variety of concerts, Arts, museums, micro breweries, eat street, lakes, and festivals.
