We love being a host. We have been happily inviting guests into our home for the past 3 years. We have been to many places and having the best experience to invite incredible people to our house. We would like to say thanks to hundreds of our guests who came and stayed with us and left us with unforgettable memories and we appreciate their continued support and trust in us, and this helps us make us do better, what we love to do!!!!
Directions: -
It’s easy to get here. You can fly into either the Baltimore Washington Airport. From there you can take the LIGHT RAIL ($1.75), the regional train that serves the BALTIMORE, since the airports are not actually in the City. Once you exit the BWI, you hop on a LIGHT RAIL, ... no walking. Then, you get off at Baltimore Convention Center and our house is just 5 mins walk from the Baltimore Convention center.
There is Free parking in front of my house. Please do not inquire the neighbors about the Parking, I am here to help you with the Parking.
About Me: I finished my medical school and now I am a RESERACHER and LOVE being Airbnb Host.
Final thoughts: You can learn a lot from my profile here and from my hundreds of reviews. I strive to provide my guests with an incredible Baltimore experience in an old house with a lot of character. Almost every guest is happy, which shines through in my reviews I think.
What you get when staying here is a richly fascinating window into real Baltimore life, with a stunning view of one of the oldest neighborhood in the Baltimore on beautiful cobble stone street, gives you a feel of being in Europe.
You also get to meet me, one of the most experienced hosts on this platform
I will help you out more than most hosts, and the 'special features' of my 3-bedroom home should be viewed as perks not quirks... perks that will help you soak up the uncommon feeling of living in what many say is the greatest city in the United States.
In conclusion, I want to mention price. This is essentially an old house with a lot of character. So, the price should be affordable.
If you book during a special event, like the Baltimore Orioles games, the price could be high. Remember, hotels in Baltimore that cost $200 a night can jump to $500 or $800 a night during one of the big events, and considering our house is 2 mins walk to the Baltimore Hilton hotel and Days inn, we offer very affordable price and also give discount and you are always welcome to ask me about the discount. Being just at walking distance to the University of Maryland, I had over 50 residents coming in for their interviews, and they all had great time with us. I never had any guest review that I am charging more on AIRBNB compared to others, I am always at the low end even providing them will all the necessities I am perfectly located in the geographical heart of the Baltimore.
I sell out nearly every night of the year, so that means I am pricing my rooms below market. Hotels strive to only have about a 60 to 80 percent occupancy, I have read, because that level of occupancy optimizes profit. I strive to optimize for 100 percent occupancy, even though it means lower profit per room. I like 100 percent occupancy because that way I get to meet the most people, which I enjoy. I also want to help my guests meet the most people from around the world as well. If I optimize for profit, my guests meet fewer people. So that's why I optimize prices to fill every room every night.

When you stay here, you can be certain you are paying a fair and market rate price that is lower than it could be if I tried to make the most profit.
In this profile I have disclosed clearly negatives to my listings, I run a tight ship and my guests are very happy almost all the time, as you can read in my 270+ reviews.
I strive to achieve five stars across all the rating categories, and I am close to getting there, with a 74% five star ranking as of Dec, 2016.

I will be grateful if you refrain from leaving a review where you repeat the negatives I have plainly disclosed here.
I want to meet you. I have wonderful guests, and I have made many friends over the years. People from over 40 countries have stayed with me. You'll meet people from other places... interesting people. If something goes wrong, I will go out of my way to help you. If you forget your toothbrush, I'll give you a new one. If you flight is delayed and you get to my door at 3am, I'll still greet you with a smile and show you around. If you need to print something you can use my free printer I have for guests.
I will take care of you even more than the concierge at a five-star hotel.
I've been helping my guests like this for years now, and I have so much fun in the process. Hope to see you soon!
I reply very, very quickly to all inquiries and requests, usually within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day from 8am to midnight my time, 365 days a year. I do allow Instant Book.
