A cozy studio, in a greek traditional "VACATION HOUSE". Just 80 metters from the crystalclear Sithonian sea. The property is surounded by a beautifull pinetree forest. It is fenced and its garden is full of flowers and fruittrees.

Our property is a summer "VACATION HOUSE" and provides three private accommodations: One cozy apartment and two self catering studios. All three provide a full equiped kitchen, fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettler, private bathroom with hot water all day long, dg tv, free Wi-Fi, air condition, ceilling fan, hair dryer and direct access to a private spacious balcony-veranda with a wonderfull view to the garden and the total green pine forest.
