Let me start with the positives: Nice staff in the actual building leasing office and night desk—they were all kind and tried to be helpful with the many issues that arose...but they do not run this room. The location was central and the building is very secure and safe. Parking was convenient once you figure our how to comply with rules. Ther is a greasy spoon, a barber and a mini mart downstairs which is convenient. The actual space is a larger studio and it was clean with a good coffee machine and Starbucks coffee pods supplied. Now for the bad: There were soooo many issues with this place. First, it is clear that the owners DO NOT care about being hosts on any level. The sheets and towels are thread bare. The “sofabed” is an absolute torture chamber, not fit for anyone to actually lay on because there is no “mattress” to the mattress—only wires poking every which way. There is one blanket on the main bed and there were no blankets on the sofa bed, even though owners knew my 90 year old mother or daughter would need to sleep there. The staff in the apartment building don’t supply blankets either...we had to beg a blanket off of a neighbor and my mother slept with me while my daughter had to sleep on the sofa on our third night...Since we couldn’t scrounge up blankets the first two nights, my mother had to stay elsewhere. There is a really nice coffee machine, but the cups don’t fit on the cup pad...they are either too small and coffee overflows all over the counter, or are too big and won’t squeeze into the cup area. The pans have wobbly loose handles, and are cheap, scratched teflon from a thrift store...or somebody’s trash. There is no cutting knife for chopping so how does one cook here? Certainly not with the crappy plastic tools provided...Thank you again, Salvation Army. There is no sponge or wash rag of any kind in the kitchen, though you are given dish soap—see the irony here? Also, no dish towel. No basic salt or pepper. The refrigerator was turned so high it FROZE our sack of veggies—that was $25 in the trash. Check-in took over an hour to figure out. No one was at the desk to get a parking pass from and there were no instructions on where to park after we got the pass...the leasing office staff had put the folder of info behind the toaster so we couldn’t find it. There are NO instructions on how to use the TV. On the subject of “no”, there is no heat in the building. We froze our last night with that sole blanket on the bed. We needed to do laundry to get ready for a wedding. There was only one box of soap and the laundry room sells candy but no soap! The mini mart sells only large soap. Leasing office was finally able to get...

My husband and I stayed here overnight before a flight out of BWI, so we were basically there from 11pm-4:30am. Not much time. But here's what we thought: Pros: The place was as advertised. Secure access building, easy to find, big windows and lots of space, great TV with cable, and good value. It really was a cool apartment. Cons: When I got up to shower in the morning there were ~10 little bugs crawling around on the bathroom and kitchen floors. I think it must have just been a moisture thing because I watched them all run into the bathtub drain. Also, bathtub drains poorly. I let the host know about these issues when we left so there wasn't a chance for them to fix them (not that they could have?). But overall we liked the place, would stay there again, and would recommend it.

Great location, stylish room, easy to access , good shopping locations close. The host was not accommodating when called about a lack of blanket for the sofa sleeper, therefore we either had to freeze or be hot.

Very central. Straight forward apartment with several amenities. A little impersonal but if you want convenience, it's a solid place.
