Nice townhouse in the old town of Rønne. The house faces a small complex, a little set back, but still within walking distance of the city center (Storetorv), where there are many shops, cafes, etc. In addition to a large living room with a wood-burning stove, there is a nice kitchen with access to its own courtyard. The bathroom is on the ground floor, while the three bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There are nice beaches (and forests) close to Rønne, which is also a good location for getting around the island. The house is within walking distance of the ferry and 6 km from the airport.

On the 1st floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and a large resting area with a workplace. In the basement there is a large room with two beds and a laundry room with toilet, shower and washing machine. From the basement there is also access to the courtyard.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, bathroom, dining and television room and a room with a double bed. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms - both with double beds. The upper floor has been completely renovated with new branches, a ceiling for kip and new floors in 2025. One branch opens up the entire room and provides a fantastic view.
