We loved our stay at Zdravka's apartment. Everything was clean, tidy, and smelly. The house is very comfortable and renovated. Our host was impeccable, our flight was at night and we arrived with a pizza so we could have dinner and a small breakfast. Zdravka also guided us with transportation and advised us on restaurants. Always available and very friendly. Thank you again for all the care you took with my family.

We had a pleasant stay in Rome in a quiet area. Fulvia's accommodation was spacious, very clean, very well arranged and equipped, and very comfortable. Fulvia hosted us very warmly and was always available to us. We'll be happy to go back to her place. Thanks Fulvia!

We had a great time. The apartment is in an area of Rome that is not central but well served by public transport, even on Sundays. It is quite close to the Olympic stadium (35-minute walk) and a Roman nightlife area. It has a small private garden, not too sunny. We were there in June and if you ventilate well in the morning when it is cooler, the temperature stays cool enough for the evening and night. It was a good experience!

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

The neighborhood has amazing restaurants, and we followed the host’s recommendations from the booklet — every single one was great! Whenever we had a question, we got a super quick response. We felt right at home, everything was very clean and impeccable! The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the bathroom, with everything you need to feel at home! Silvia is a very good host, friendly and always available! 100% recommended!

We booked the accommodation for my partner's family who came for our wedding and we couldn't have chosen better: very spacious house, easy entrance, ample free parking outside. We asked for two pairs of keys and they were granted without any problems. In addition, we had asked to have my partner prepare there and have him take some photos, Claudia and her family went even beyond the concept of hospitality by having us find the garden cut and cared for the occasion. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend it to anyone!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

We had a really nice time in this house! The place is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even better: clean, cozy and super quiet. We immediately felt comfortable. The area is convenient for getting around, and the host was very kind, always available for any questions or advice (he also suggested a top restaurant!). The house has everything you need: a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, WiFi that works well and also some nice extras like coffee, herbal teas and scented soaps. Another plus: you can leave the property by 12:00 pm, which is super convenient, especially if you want to sleep a little longer or do things calmly before leaving. In short, highly recommended! If we come back to this area, we already know where to book.

Eleonora was a wonderful host! The place itself was clean, safe and welcoming. We had a great stay and even extended our stay because of its convenience to travel and explore around the area! Eleonora not only gave us extra time and space to stay, but she also checked in on us! Amazing stay and so worth the price! :)

The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is in a very charming and authentic setting, which makes it easy to live the Roman lifestyle. It's a bit outside the city center, but easy to reach with public transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this house for a concert at the Olympic Stadium. Renovated house, equipped with every comfort and clean. Complete with kitchen with all the utensils, air conditioners and balcony. Proximity to convenient bus stops to get to the center and the Olympic stadium. We thought we had difficulty getting back from the stadium but we were able to do well with the means. (Walking it would have been a little long and the road is uphill) The only flaw is the keys to the external gate to enter the apartment. We always found it open except once and on thatoccasion we found someone who opened it to us luckily. Overall I recommend this apartment

Vittoria was an amazing host! Must say one of the best ones that I’ve ever met. Very friendly and nice! Not to mention that the “tiny house” was perfect for us. All accommodations were amazing and also located very close to the subway which made it very easy to travel around! Definitely a place where I’d book again. Thank you Vittoria! 🥰
