The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building maintenance, the environment and sustainability.The beautiful colors of egg oil tempera adorn the walls, and genuine linseed oil paint is a given in a house from the late 19th century.Nice tiled stoves warm up nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious In winter, there are nice conditions for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at Romme alpine. An approximately 8 km long skating rink is plowed on our lake with a connection approximately 100 meters from the farm.The house is located close to the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

Smaller, simpler vacation home, 1 floor + loft, located in Tyllsnäs, in the countryside but close to the city. About 5-10 minutes (4.5 km) from Borlänge city center. Approx. 10-15 minutes (11 km) from Romme Alpin. 1 bedroom on the lower floor, 2 140 cm beds 3 beds in the loft, 90 + 2 x 80 cm beds. Underfloor heating. Overlooking Dalälven. Parking for two cars. In our cozy, bright, fully-equipped little cottage, you live undisturbed and take care of yourself.
