It's hard for us to articulate all that a hiker can encounter here. You have to imagine that at the end of the world and even beyond it there is a village on a mountain, which with some of its inhabitants offers a magical sight, and almost in the middle of which there is a real Szekler gatehouse, next to which there is a barn built for animals, where we are now waiting for our guests. The 4-bedroom comfortable and well-equipped home offers a unique experience to our guests, not to mention the features of the room. We look forward to welcoming you.

Is hard to explain a Rainbow ,you need to see one to understand how beautiful the colors are. My home is one of the colors of that rainbow. Is a country side where we all live and respect nature.

Crit 164- authentic old time charm

Step back in time, discover authentic Transylvania and have a real countryside experience. The old Saxon house is restored-from the facade to interior details- with traditional materials and methods, conserving the charm of the original house built over 200 years ago. The house is located on the main street of the village of Crit, street listed as "historical monument" Behind the old gate you will discover a completely closed, charming courtyard, sourounded by ancient buildings. Delightful 3-room barn with indoor fireplace

Our over a hundred-year old converted Transylvanian barn provides silent environment in a small, rural village of the Csík-basin in the Eastern Carpathians. You can enjoy our garden by having a barbecue or just spending a relaxing hour in the swing chair. The interieur is furnished with items from the old house, others were collected from the surrounding villages. You find a tasteful combination of old & modern, a great escape from busy town-life for couples, families or groups of friends.

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

Rustic Saxon Room | Cozy Countryside Retreat

All guests have access to the shared amenities: fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area in the converted barn, wine cellar, and orchard. Stay in the Theresa room at The Saxon House, a converted chicken coop with modern touches but traditional essence. This room has a large bathroom, fully fitted with a walk-in shower. A cozy atmosphere is created by the discreet decorative lights, warm fireplace, and queen-sized bed. Complete privacy is achieved thanks to the black-out curtains.

Tiny barn house

Right in the heart of Rosia Montana, part of an historical household, where we gave a new purpose to grandmother's old house. As we refurbished the other rooms grandmother used to take so much care of back in the days, we could not neglect grandfather's "man cave". As such, his old barn with tools was transformed in this cozy bedroom with a view to the moon and stars. Sorry grandfather :) Though a tiny room it can perfectly accommodate couples for evenings around the fire place.

Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Barn Cottage

Barn cottage is situated up on the hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the village of Bran, but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. Barn Cottage is suitable for two adults. We are not equipped or have the possibility to offer accommodation to families with children and do not accept guests with pets. We have a non smoking rule inside the cottage. If you do smoke outdoors on the patio please make sure you tidy up after yourself.

Casa WEZLY

Wezly is located in the heart of the village of Magura in Moieciu commune Brasov. Due to the traditional, cultural and natural values, the village of Magura was included entirely in the protected area of Piatra Craiului National Park, being the only village in Romania included in a national park. Casa Wezly has a capacity of 6 people and has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The guesthouse is located in the middle of Transylvania, in Porumbacu de Sus, on the road leading to Negoiu mountain peak, between Sibiu and Transfagarasan.
