Christa’s place is everything you could ask for, for a rural stay. The room is super spacious and bathroom is immaculate, the bed is comfortable and huge!! The breakfast options are perfect with a large variety of things which is a major highlight and always stocked up, Christa also checks what you prefer to ensure it is always there. We loved our stay, she was super helpful with things to do and see as well as train/bus time tables. 100% recommend anyone who wants to stay here, we didn’t have a car and still found a lot of things to do and the local recommends were great. Public transport is super frequent as well as a quick 40 min walk through the countryside to a beautiful lake where you can swim and rent a boat. This definitely made our trip in Switzerland worth while and would definitely come back, on our last day Christa kindly dropped us off at the train station before our departure!

Marisa's charming place is in a tranquil setting, with views across the valley. It was perfectly suited to our family of four - ample space, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and even toys to entertain the kids. We were especially appreciative of these comforts when our stay coincided with a few days of rain - especially the radiators, warm bedding and hot showers. Our kids were particularly enthusiastic about visiting the donkeys and sheep on the property, and I loved waking to the most fantastic morning bird chorus - or perhaps that was just the morning after the rain.. We also loved the dark evenings away from street lights, a chance to see the stars, and just the twinkling of some distant homes on the hills. Our thanks to Marisa for being a kind and caring host. We had such a wonderful stay.

We loved the studio, it was in a lovely peaceful location and in easy reach of places to visit. The studio was clean, very well equipped and cosy- it was very welcoming. Diana was helpful and made sure we had a good stay. Would recommend this place.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by a bit of countryside charm, this place is a great choice! The house is set on a small farm with some open land and a few horses, giving it a lovely rustic feel without being a full farmhouse. We really enjoyed the short walk to the lake and the calm atmosphere – perfect for a slow-paced, relaxing holiday. A great location to unwind and enjoy nature.

This was the perfect base for Basel. Christine Maria was a brilliant host, on hand if there was anything. The place is beautiful, super clean and with the sounds of birds outside. I’ll be back!

We stayed with Yvonne for a week. She is a wonderful host. Starting with the communication in advance to the very warm welcome, a delicious breakfast buffet and the possibility to be supplied with regional products by her. There was even home-baked, crispy bread. We were made aware of local events. We felt very comfortable in the tastefully and perfectly furnished apartment in a great location to the ski slope. As a farewell, Yvonne brought us freshly baked croissants in the morning for the trip. We will definitely be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in this super nice, lovingly furnished apartment. Everything was very comfortable, with a fantastic view – just to feel good! We especially liked the many loving details, even beautiful books were available, especially the children's book we liked very much. The landlord is extremely accommodating and everything was fine. We would come back. Thank you for everything!

Anna & Fabio are a great hosts and staying at their place always feel like home. They are friendly and helpful. Always willing to give some tips and advice but mostly for me our conversations over a cup of coffee makes my stay more meaningful. Looking forward to the next time.

Excellent. If looking for a place in beautiful countryside of Schweiz (but also near a train station), then this is a perfect choice. We rented a car, which is the best way to travel in CH and when choosing this location. Free parking in driveway. This is your own place but attached to a house with a garage between the owners and you, so you won't hear each other. Near a small road off the main road, but generally quiet, not too much traffic. A bit north of Fischenthal and located near amazing hills and a valley south of there that is beautiful with walks and waterfalls to explore. It is about 1hr drive to Zurich but only 25m to Rapperswil-Jona. Very clean and new, nice bathroom (hot water w/good pressure), med-firm bed and couch bed, bedroom around wall separator but all one room (no inside doors except sliding door for bathroom), large dorm fridge, coffee maker, plates/utensils, TV (can access your own apps), great wifi, hosts super nice and quick to respond. Thanks again to them!

We were only in Dominik's apartment for one night on the way back. It is quiet in the city center and we were able to park there well. Restaurants are within walking distance, as are the banks of the Rhine with the Dreiländerbrücke and a beautiful wine bar. Dominik welcomed us warmly and we felt very comfortable there. Gladly come back.

We were very kindly welcomed by Carla. She even baked cookies for us. Both Matteo and his family are very kind and considerate. Always ready to help you and always a friendly word ready. Communication in advance via Matteo was very good. Always got a very quick response. The cottage was connected to their house but we had all the privacy on our own terrace. The swimming pool with sun loungers was a super plus. Everything was also very clean. Very quiet location. It is necessary to have a car to explore the neighborhood. We would definitely come back to stay here.

I've stayed in 100s of Airbnbs, and Dejah and her beautiful home stands out as stellar. The property itself is a marvel, and Dejah's personal touches make the experience exceptional. From her local recommendations (even made suggestions in Lucerne) the bedding, and her incredible cooking, a repeat visit goes to the top of our bucket list. Don't think twice, this is the stop you must make. At least 3 nights.

Ideal accommodation for 3 people, modern, functional and very well-equipped. We enjoyed all the attention from François and the showcasing of local products. However, I should point out to the happy arrivals the procedure for opening and closing the bay window, which remains a mystery to me, but not to my spouse! Everything was perfect! Thank you to our host!

The room was beautiful, clean, and the view was absolutely out of this world. Overall, it was a great experience. That said, my main concern was the noise. Sound carried very easily from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it feel like there wasn’t much noise privacy. At times, I could clearly hear conversations or movement in the house, which was a bit distracting. Also, it could use a few more pillows for added comfort. But aside from that, everything else was lovely.

Our host Lea exceeded our expectations. Everything was pristine clean and honestly the pictures don’t do justice because everything looked so much nicer in person. It was very welcoming and we had a few food essentials that we did not expect to have and we are so grateful! I highly recommend others to stay here if in the area.

The beautiful property full of history and the hosts enchanted us. The studio is very well maintained and stylishly equipped and the garden is wonderfully green with old trees and a long lane for playing boules. The atmosphere of the accommodation is very pleasant. In the village, you can visit a medieval fortress, eat and shop. We and the children really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality Geneviève and Bernard!
