Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. Here you live close to everything with one kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly built house of 132m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 4 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Quiet and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
