The apartment is located at 4th floor of an historic building (1884) right in front of the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (432) whose enchanting view you can enjoy sitting on the sofa. The central train station of Roma Termini (thus metro station) is less than 10 minutes walking, while the Colosseum is among 15 to 20 minutes. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi's parking, while a large supermarket will satisfy any need.

The Pigneto pedestrian area is a 7-8 minute walk. The street is quiet yet close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies). The 30-square-meter terrace is enjoyable both summer and winter, decorated with plants and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dinners and aperitifs.

L’attico che è dotato anche di una terrazza con vista sui tetti di Roma, è ubicato in un antico palazzo del 1600, sprovvisto di ascensore. Non è consigliato quindi per ospiti anziani o con ridotta mobilità perché ci sono molti gradini per raggiungere il quarto piano.
