Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rolleston

This was my second time at the cabin, just as peaceful as the first! Gorgeous spot in Banks Peninsula, great access to two amazing tracks (on the same road as the cabin!). This time I did monument track south, over to Rod Donald hut - 5 hour round trip, absolute perfection! Thank you for the breakfast provisions, perfect hiking preparation!

The Sumner location was great for access to the beach and hiking trails. The place was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Megan responded to a couple of questions I had immediately. Highly recommended

A lovely place to stay, easy to get to the Airforce muesum and into town. A really comfortable bed and home, We felt very safe and looked after.

Rob’s place was perfect. Everything that you would need for a stay and it felt like home. The pastry’s and other treats he left for us was a god send after a late night of delayed flights! Did not have to think about breakfast only a good sleep in the warm comfy beds!

Excellent well appointed home with all the added extras that make your stay just that much better. Perfect for a larger group with 4 bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and great living space opening out to an outdoor deck. Close to Northlands shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if we had the chance.

This is our second time staying. Stephanie is so kind and warming, it makes our stay more delightful. The surroundings are beautiful and we got clear views of the Milky Way and we were lucky enough to see an aurora! She let us see the farm animals again which we were most excited for. I couldn’t recommend a better place :)

Stayed here for a week and loved it. The house is amazing and exactly as listed. The hosts were also amazing. Had a problem one day with the hot water and Nina was there within the hour to fix it, they were very friendly and were helpful during my stay, couldn't recommend this place more

Second time staying with Denise at the lovely beach house and as before , we had a wonderful time. Especially loved the personal touch with a note to welcome us on arrival. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay in Christchurch CBD. Great location, being in the city but still feels private as the unit is away from the road. Very clean and tidy, and had everything you’d need. Such a lovely spot and this will be our first pick when visiting Christchurch again.

We had a lovely and unique stay at Brent’s. He was incredibly caring and detail-oriented. He had the heater on before our arrival to ensure the apartment was cozy, and was very considerate letting us take our time at checkout if needed. It made us feel welcomed and relaxed. He even came out personally to say goodbye and wish us well for the rest of our trip. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-hosted stay!

It was the best apartment which we ever rent! Big, light, comfortable and very nice it just several words which I want to say about it. I strongly recommend it for everyone.

Beth and Gary were very accommodating and to be supplied start goods for breakfast was unbelievable. We appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends

I had a great overnight stay in this cozy little nest. Comfy bed, warm room, quiet, down a driveway so away from the street, nice neighbourhood. Room had everything I needed plus nice extras like the bowl of fruit. Host was friendly and helpful, and had put the heater on prior to my arrival. Many thanks.

I had a long stay here and highly recommend the apartment. It is very central and has great bars and restaurants nearby. It is also very quiet as it is on a rarely used road. Mary was very helpful with check-in and had lots of reccomendations of places to try.

Nadia was a great communicator and gave clear instructions to find her place. The apartment was warm and cosy when we arrived on a cold Christchurch day. It had everything we needed including a lovely homemade breakfast of muesli, fruit, yogurt and toast. The apartment is situated on the hills above Christchurch for good views, probably not suitable if you don't have a car. Parking is on a quiet street.

Excellent location. Easy walk along a river into core area. Karen and Rob are exceptional hosts. They saved a parking space for me and made me feel right at home. Rob even walked with me a bit to get me headed in right direction. Clean and comfortable. Only had one night with them, but would go back in a heartbeat.

Marie and John are very friendly and warm hosts. We felt very comfortable. Marie gave us good tips. It is a wonderful place to relax. The breakfast is prepared with a lot of love. The room with bathroom is very comfortably furnished. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea.

Karens place was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a very wet evening and a bit miserable outside but Karen had the heat on and an electric blanket on in my bed when I arrived. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet and peaceful area in addition to being only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of Christchurch. I got a very good continental breakfast and in addition Karen did me some eggs for breakfast. I would stay again if I am in Christchurch.

The house is clean and tidy, the host are friendly.

We stayed at Shirley’s place for a week and we enjoyed our stay. Everything’s nice and tidy. We felt at home, although I was bit worried at first because my husband and my daughter don’t speak English. But it turned out just fine and actually they enjoyed their stay too!

Chryssie’s place had an outstanding view of the city, even with clouds that we brought with us! It was a pleasure to meet Chryssie who was both friendly and welcoming. The light breakfast was perfect for our early departure.

Michel and Jackie's house is beside the sea.The view outside the house is extremely amazing. Michel and Jackie are very warm and friendly. They almost provided everything we needed. The entire house is very clean and tidy, and it's also very convenient to park outside. This is truly the house of our dreams. If we pass by Christchurch next time, we will be back here!

The property was unbelievably beautiful and clean. Sally was extremely friendly and responsive to any messages. She really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I’m so happy with the memories made here. Thank you very much for a magical stay.
