Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, 1 living room with dining area for up to 4 people, as well as a corner sofa, which can be converted into a bed/extra bed for 1 or 2 people, as well as a 55" smart TV. Bedroom with double bed and 55" smart TV. Newer smaller kitchen with oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Free coffee/tea/water during the stay. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels, bed linen, as well as hair shampoo/conditioner are included in the rent.

We are close to Rold forest where you can hike or mountain bike, fishing lakes and Øster Hurup with swimming and fishing possibilities. 5 minutes to shopping (3 shops, bakery, tavern and pizzeria) 25 minutes to Aalborg or Randers.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Here you get close to nature. Enjoy the view from this 28 m2 luxury glamping tent, with a large made bed, duvets from Fossflakes, wooden terrace, own bathroom in the middle of the forest, outdoor shower and a completely unique, peaceful atmosphere. The tent is located in a private forest, so you are undisturbed. In the evening, you can turn on the lanterns or take a star look through the transparent top of the tent. You can cook on a gas grill or a trangia. There is a pot/pan/coffee maker available.

Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.
