The cabin and whole ranch were in a great location relative to where we were wanting to be, near the Black Kettle WMA's. Melissa was super responsive, helpful, and very nice. The cabin was clean and suited our needs for our week long stay. Our kids enjoyed playing with Melissa and Tim's children and seeing the horses.

An open lobby area features polished wooden flooring and high ceilings. A grand staircase with decorative railings leads to an upper level. A seating area with a dark sofa and a cable TV is present, along with a dining space illuminated by a chandelier.

J was awesome!!!! She was sweet, caring, and highly attentive!!!! 😇 My friend and I, 2 cats, and a service dog needed to book a place extremely last minute after our Hilton Hotel overbooked for the weekend 🙏🙏 and J came to the rescue!!!! Highly Recommend booking with her to All Future Hosts & Guests!!!! Shout Out to Kylie & Lisa at the Front Desk for making our stay Exceptional!!!! Many Thanks you Guys & Aloha 🤙🤙

Melissa was very gracious and helped us out a lot while we were there. We had a flat and they brought out a air compressor. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. They even had a social barn which was very fun.

Excellent ranch! Quiet, calm and relaxing stay. We will be back!
