Townhome vacation rentals in Rodney Bay

Patrick’s rental is clean, cozy and convenient to walk or drive to the beach, grocery stores and many great restaurants. The gated parking was a great feature as well. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking some meals in. Patrick is really responsive to any questions you may have during your stay. He also had many great recommendations for attractions and restaurants. We hope to visit again in the future and would be happy to rent from Patrick again.

Overall a good experience ,host was communicative and directions were good . In st Lucia the map can guide you close to the place and after that pics of the place works well . House was good and location was good. Host was helpful even before trip started . We had one strange experience of loosing internet and water ,but likely at that time it was windy and rainy and this resolved very quickly . The host was responsive when we reached out .

We had a wonderful girls trip. The airbnb was quite, private and safe. It was very clean, AC and wifi worked great! Beds were super comfortable and the view from the balcony was breath taking. We even had our own pool and patio in the back that we loved. Sacha the manager was amazing from check in to check out, she was always responsive to messages and gave us great recommendations! Thank you for everything.

We were very pleased with Cathy’s property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, we felt at home the whole week we were there. Location was great; within driving distance to beautiful beaches, the Friday night street party, stores and restaurants. The pool is a small communal pool, but we were barely there to use it. Overall, we are very happy we chose to stay in Rodney Bay, we will definitely be back to stay here again!

We booked 3 months prior to our trip, Savannah was very responsive & helpful, replying almost immediately to my messages. She answered all my questions & offer suggestions & advice on local tours/food/beaches/things to do etc. Our flight was early & we were very grateful for an early checking. The Villa is jus as pictured. Very private & secure, we loved that it was so spacious & had our own pool. The villa was clean & had all amenities we needed. Although there are other villas on compound it felt as if we were the only ones there. The house Manager Patricia was also very helpful & readily available whenever we needed her. The villa is located just a 9min drive from Rodney Bay Mall & Redduit Beach, it is also a short drive from Pigeon Island & many other stores, groceries & restaurants. This was the perfect villa and it checked all the boxes when we were searching for a place to stay and it is a very good package for the reasonably price. Will recommend & return in the future.

My stay at was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, Tenesha was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. She provided a fantastic list of restaurant recommendations and even arranged our airport transportation, taking a huge load off our shoulders. The home itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully modern; exactly as pictured. We felt completely safe throughout our stay due to the gate outfront, the electronic keypad PLUS manual doorknob lock. For a scaredy cat like me, all those different measures made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect! It was walking distance to everything we needed, including the marina, supermarket, restaurants, a mall, and the bank. If you’re visiting St. Lucia and want a stress-free, comfortable stay with a thoughtful and attentive host, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable stay. The house is just as listed. Location was convenient to beach and stores. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe.
