The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

A modern kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven. Ample counter space is available for meal preparation. Under-cabinet lighting adds visibility, while a dining area features red chairs. Light-colored walls enhance the open, airy feel of the space.

Nice place, with beautiful views of the sea from the balcony on the first floor, where it is possible for 4 people to sit and have their meals. In addition, there was a small terrace below and a larger one on the other side, where there was both a gas grill and a regular grill available, and there was even charcoal for the grill. The place was nice and clean, it fully lived up to the pictures and expectations. Extra luxury with free garden games and loan bicycles and sauna. Quick and good communication with the hosts. A beautiful place we would like to come back to 🙂

I recommend the house of the hosts Emilie and Rasmus in Rødby, very positive, polite, nice, the house is great. I will recommend it to others. I really liked that Rasmus kindly explained about electricity and we found a common compromise, the calm tone warms the heart and mind. Thank you :)

We had a great stay at the cabin. Sebastian was quick to respond and very nice to deal with. We would definitely like to come back:)

The house has everything that you can need, it is very cozy, clean and confortable. The kitichen is very well equipped. Kirsten was very generous and supportive all the time. The surroundings are amazing, including the beach which is very close and clean.

An open kitchen and living area showcase warm wooden walls and high ceilings. A modern stove and coffee maker are positioned on the countertop. A comfortable seating arrangement features a sofa and a chair arranged around a low table, illuminated by natural light from the windows.
