The house contains 2 floors with a living room floor, which is decorated as a tasteful "meeting room" with a smaller kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is a larger city apartment with a large, bright and south-facing living room, kitchen in retro style (renovated), bathroom with toilet and bedroom. Private cozy courtyard.

Holiday cottage for 4 people + baby at a holiday center near Rødby on Lolland. You must bring your own bed linen and towels, but there are duvets and pillows for 4 people. Kitchen with dishwasher, WiFi, TV and access to nearby water park for 4 people throughout the rental period (arrival from 1 p.m. on arrival day and departure no later than 1 p.m. on departure day). Please note that the tenant must ensure that the vacation cottage is cleaned before departure.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days.
