The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Kitchen with dishwasher, Wifi, TV and access to nearby water park for 4 people throughout the rental period (arrival from 13.00 on arrival day and departure no later than 13.00 on departure day). Please note the tenant must make sure that the holiday cottage is cleaned before departure.
