We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pelican Condominium, and it was an exceptional experience. The location itself is perfect—offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The unit I stayed in was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Any request or question I had was promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The combination of a fantastic location, well-maintained facilities, and the remarkable service made my time at the Pelican Condominium unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I'll certainly be returning!

We loved the peace and quiet of port A in December. The condo has an amazing location allowing for rapid Beach access. beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We would love to come again.

We had the most amazing, peaceful, relaxing time. The place is immaculate. So modern and spacious. Jennifer responded quickly with any questions we had and was so kind to us. We give this place an A+ and will definitely book again soon. We’ve found our home away from home. Thanks again.

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

The place was beautiful. It was very convenient to the Sandfest, it literally was steps away. Plenty of security . The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own Toilet paper and paper towels, lol. There was plenty provided but I am almost certain that it was probably from Dollar Tree. I am kinda spoiled , so in the big picture this was not an issue. I just went to one of the conveniently located stores and bought my own. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. I'm glad we were on the 2nd floor because the first floor would have just been a view of the dunes. They did leave us complimentary koozies, hat, and a tote bag which was nice. There was plenty of communication from AvantStay. Clear instructions, and not a giant to do/clean list upon checkout. I am always confused why there is a cleaning fee and a chore list. It really should be one or the other.We had a great time at Sandfest and would stay with them again.

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

This place exceeded our expectations. Lots of extras. Perfect sunrise for coffee overlooking the Bay. Close access to Rockport and Goose Island. Loved the fishing at Copano Bay. Pier at condo was awesome lots of lights. Was too cold for pool so we will have to do that on our next stay. Very pet friendly. Had pet potty stations all over property with poop bags. I think this condo was the best on the property. Host is wonderful and response time was fabulous. And there were soooo many pillows and blankets I was amazed. Wish u could give more than 5 stars. Getting ready to book for July.

First time in Port Aransas and The place was amazing, super clean and organize, down to the bath soap and shampoo, a lot board games from connect four to battleship, the mattress was WOW! Bed sheets and towels are high quality, this is where a lot of Airbnb failed at but this place passed with 5 starts! My wife and I are picking especially me, a New Yorker that’s used get the best of the best, best part was waking up to the sound and view of the ocean, just priceless, you can’t put price on that. This is the Ritz-Carlton of Airbnb! The only thing missing was butler service lol. Thank you guys so much and God bless you all.

Loved our stay! The condo was beautifully redone and perfectly matched the description! The beds were cozy, the space was clean, and I liked the location that was just a couple miles away from the beach! Just enough space to not be around the crazy of spring break! It was quiet and had everything we could ever need!!! Would love to stay again in the future! Lauren was incredibly kind and responsive! We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

Loved this little condo! Very quiet complex in the spring, I’m sure it gets very busy in the summer but it was perfect for our family before the busy season. 2 pools on site, perfect for kids. Not within golf cart zone, but we were fine with that for a short weekend trip.

From start to finish, our experience at Scott's AirBnB was fantastic. It is a beautiful place. It had everything you would need to feel at home! The bedrooms were lovely. We all slept well while staying there. We also enjoyed that we had beach access in walking distance from where we were staying. Scott's place also had items you would need to have a nice day at the beach such as chairs, body boards, and beach towels, in case, you forget to bring these items from home. Downtown Port Aransas & all the great restaurants were a short drive away. As far as the check in process, it went smoothly. Scott made sure to provide all the information we needed to know before we arrived. He was responsive whenever we had questions. He made sure we knew all the information for check out early on, as well. Everything was great! We would totally stay here again!
