Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.
