Rest in a self contained cottage in Bathurst. It's located next to the house originally built around 1950's. A stylish cottage with kitchen area, bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, a queen sized bed, and even a sofa bed (which is normally a sofa, you can also use it as a double sized bed). Relaxing, peaceful, private, spacious, fully self-contained. "Sol y Vista" means "Sun & View" as this is a solar-passive, architect-designed dwelling with spectacular views over Bathurst and Blue Mountains. 5 minutes to famous Mt Panorama Race Track; less to Bathurst Golf Club. Set on a couple of acres in a semi-rural neighbourhood, only 4km to town. Slow-combustion wood fireplace as well as ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning. Please be aware that pet dog lives on this property.
