This charming 300 hundred year old cottage with all mod cons) and its delightful own garden is the perfect place for a peaceful weekend (or longer, if you wish). Situated in the centre of the quaint village of Chevrieres next to the impressive old Catholic Church, this off-street location provides an ideal base for exploring the surrounding towns of Chantilly, Senlis and Compiègne. A local grocery store and award-winning bakery are less than 50 metres from the house (+ pharmacy + bank)

The natural charms of a family home

Old small farm built in 1864 in the style of Île-de-France, surrounded by a landscaped garden of 2500 m² not enclosed communicating directly with the state forest of Halatte. Entering my family in 1921, it was restored to preserve its typical character and is fully decorated with antique furniture and objects. The house is located in a hamlet surrounded by woods, in the small village of Roberval where the church and the castle are worth a visit. An immersion in nature!

Renovated workshop barn - cabin spirit

Our workshop barn, completely renovated with old and authentic materials, is located at the end of our garden, in the heart of the village of Chevrières. Overlooking the central square, shops are nearby (bakery, pharmacy, bar, tobacco...), the train station is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby: - forests (Senlis - Chantilly, Compiègne) - Pierrefonds Castle - Parc Astérix (30 minutes) Cabin-style barn ideal for a weekend in the countryside with or without children.

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.
