Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Roanoke

This was a great place to stay with our two dogs. It was a 5 minute drive to town for restaurants, breweries, trivia, and music, and we found very nice hiking within a half hour or so. The place is very spacious and pleasant, easy for dog walking, and quiet at night. Elizabeth was very nice and always responded quickly, and self checkin using the code was simple.We would definitely stay here again

Our stay was wonderful! The quaint tiny home was quiet and secluded for me and my wife. The outdoor furniture and tables made for scenic views while we ate our meals and drank our morning coffee. Overall, it was a perfect getaway!

Rhonda’s cabin was absolutely PERFECT! My husband and I had the most relaxing few days there. The cabin was so private, comfortable and cozy. We cooked breakfast and dinner on the blackstone, relaxed in the hot tub, watched movies on the couch and sat by the fire pit for hours. We ventured out a couple of times and ate at Liberty Station and Beale’s. Rhonda left us yummy homemade chocolate Bundt cakes on the counter for our arrival. She was very easy to communicate with, and so sweet! The most relaxing thing is that you can constantly hear the water running through the creek underneath the cabin! It puts you right to sleep! We felt miles away from reality, but she let us know that she was close by if we needed her. This cabin is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Thank you, Rhonda for a very memorable weekend!! 🩷

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It was a perfect fit for us. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time playing cards in the evening and watching movies. My 4 and 2 year old grandsons looked forward to going to bed at night so they could take a bath in the jacuzzi tub. The house had everything you could possibly want. The hot tub was a hit with my grown children. We look forward to returning in the future.

I had an issue figuring out the lock and Colton immediately came down and showed me how to get in and out. He also took a second to just talk to me. be prepared to see some rad chalk art on the driveway!

This house was just as the description and pictures depict. It had everything we needed to feel like home. We will stay here again next time we visit the area.

We had a great time here over our Spring Break. There is so much to do there you don't need to leave!! We loved the dock and boats, and the younger kids in our group loved the floating play mat. When it was too windy to play outside we stayed busy with ping pong, movies and PacMan. The huge kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. Stephanie was super helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at kt house was great! Cindy was an amazing host. travelled down with my dog . The stay was very comfortable and private on their 30 acre horse farm. Was able to stop down at the pavilion to cook steaks and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of our busy day in the parks. Very pet friendly with lots of animals around and a cool cat named “Dave” . Would recommend to travelers looking for a cool experience away from the parks! Will be back soon

Adam is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and accommodating. I loved that they gave a pet friendly home and that allowed us to bring our furr baby. His home is definitely a home away from home. I highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I loved staying at Mariners Landing in this lovely condo. It was perfect for a peaceful couple of nights away in the "off season" though any season at Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful! I enjoyed the amenities including the indoor pool, game room, and beach area, and had a fabulous meal from Bruno's Clubhouse. The condo was beautifully decorated and I spent a lot of time on the lakefront balcony. Definitely recommend a stay here!

The highlight of this stay was the gorgeous beaverdam waterfall, but the cottage is also lovely - very charming and comfortable. You can tell that Beau has put a lot of thought into making the property welcoming, and when I had an issue with the wifi router, he and Leah were very quick to address the issue, even though it was late in the evening. My dogs and I did several wonderful hikes in the Washington and Jefferson National forest, and it was nice to be able to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing space afterwards.

My family and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway for some snow sports to enjoy! Sara’s place was in easy walking distance to Wintergreen Resort. The sidewalk connecting to the parking lots was a big plus to make it a safe walk to and from the resort. My family and I definitely enjoyed the games that were provided by Sara as well! Thanks for a clean and amazing stay!

Lisa's condo was fabulous! It was decorated beautifully and in a very peaceful location. It was great not having to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. If you need anything, she is quick to answer. It was the cleanest dog friendly Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!! We have a hypoallergenic dog so I appreciated not being covered in dog hair. We will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you, Lisa!

Lovely spot in the mountains! Perfect if you're planning to hike! The space was cozy and clean; we brought our two dogs and had fun all sitting by the fire inside! It was thoughtful of her to have laundry detergent pods for us to use. The master bed was comfortable, which I don't find myself saying too often in Airbnbs! Overall, it was peaceful and quiet - a great getaway from the city.

Another great stay for us, we always feel right at home. This was the first time our dogs got to see chickens and they were thoroughly entertained. Thanks for the hospitality, we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay, the area was absolutely stunning and Alicia was very kind, we had some questions about the fishing in the area and she was extremely helpful in giving us some tips! The cabin was so cozy and we definitely plan on coming back for another visit in the warmer months!

The cabin was exactly as described and extremely comfortable with really cute country decor. The kitchen had everything we needed including a great little coffee bar set up. Awesome place to be and get away from folks. I saw reviews about people worried about a few stinkbugs... i wanted nature and got nature. A couple of honeybees and deer was the most but we would be kinda screwed without them. This was exactly what my family was looking for.

The view from the porch is absolutely beautiful. We loved the covered porch so very much easy access to the highway. I would stay again and hope to.

Such a special place to stay! The cabin is wonderfully cozy and homey, with windows open we could hear birdsong every morning and gentle rains at night. Kitchen is well suited for lots of cooking, and the array of books and games was impressive. We loved hiking in the surrounding areas, and equally enjoyed being able to rest here in the evenings. Highly recommend :)

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to unplug and enjoy nature. Lot's to do at the site with walking trails, disc golf and a fire pit.

My fiancé and I stayed in Red Bud with our little dog for 6 nights and loved it so much! The view was incredible and we enjoyed how quiet our surroundings were. Having a cup of coffee on the porch every morning was like a dream. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. We were surprised because it had everything we needed plus more! Most cabins are bare bones but not this. Also if you are someone in need of internet, the internet was perfect and gave us no trouble. We also arrived at night and it was of course very dark, I messaged Rich to help us get to the cabin and he called me and stayed on the phone with us until we were there, which was super appreciated. As far as activity recommendations, the immediate area is pretty remote, but we drove one day (about 40 mins maybe?) to Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory (short but very pretty hike!) and then went to the Cheese ‘n More Store for a sandwich after. The perfect day trip! Both are worth the drive/visit. We will be back!
