Vacation rentals in Roach River

Can't beat the location, walking to restaurant's and the snowmobile trail right at your front door. This is ideal for snowmobiling. Their is enough room to park a 3 place trailer on the side of the house as well as 2 places for a 2 place trailer. Super clean, all the essentials, washer/dryer. Their is no basement, this is 2 levels with a loft up stairs that has too sleeping areas. One at the back and one at the front, but this is a loft so no doors or walls. The loft overlooks the whole down stairs. Their is one master bedroom on the first floor that is full size bedroom. Rafal was super attentive to getting back to us with answers and any questions. For snowmobiling this is the best of all worlds - walking to restaurants, trail at your front door.

Lovely private property that’s only a short drive to Sugarloaf Mountain. The sauna was something we were most looking forward to and it was fabulous. Eucalyptus spray was a nice touch. Gorgeous view of the river, fully stocked kitchen and coziest living room. Excellent location with a 1 min walk to Tufulios and short drive to Sugarbowl which was a hit with kids. Excellent place to stay and enjoy all the activities Carrabassett Valley has to offer! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful and Julie is a lovely host! You have your own cabin, over looking a beautiful view with mountains. Julie told us how her husband built the cabins, and you can feel how much love was put into them. Definitely coming back!

Brenda and peter are gems! We couldnt have asked for a better stay. The cottages have everything you need and more, the setting is peaceful yet not too secluded, and Brenda and peter are two of the nicest, most considerate people youll meet! We loved the stay so much that were already planning our trip back. When the last day of our visit arrived, we had to make ourselves leave. We could have stayed there much longer. Its our new happy place. You really do show up as strangers and leave as family. 10/10 do stay here.

Very nice place in a very beautiful location. Cheryl is responsive,helpful, and friendly. It's so nice I extended my stay, and I would love to come back in the future.

I love coming up to First Roach Pond. John’s place is lovely and f very well stocked with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the area is inviting and we saw three moose just up the road. Can’t wait to return.

I’m trying not to let the fact that I just got home to find that someone must have hit our car while we were there taint my review. There’s a big dent in the bumper of my brand new car. Of course, whoever did it didn’t want to tell us. The parking is a bit tight and people are moving their boats in and out so I guess that’s something to look out for if you stay here. Other than that, the location is excellent and the cabin was spacious.
