Thanks a lot for hosting us, we enjoyed stying at your lovely place. The apartment is well furnished with a great privacy and a private garden and various facilities, the building is modern and comfortable and highly secured The host is super helpful and responsive

Very nice apartment on the 54 floor of Burj Rafal and sharing the same building with JW Marriott. Views of north Riyadh and surrounded by restaurants. Shopping close by and 20 minutes to the airport. Great place.

Loved my stay here! Super clean, cozy, and the vibe was great. Literally close to everything you could need. The host was awesome and super quick to reply whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay again. تجربة رائعة في العليا! المكان مميز ونظيف وقريب من كل شيء حرفيًا. الشقة مريحة وتستاهل السكن فيها، وصاحبها متعاون جدًا وسريع بالرد. أنصح فيها وبقوة.

Layali appartment was so great, we spent 4 nights which was unforgettable, 3 bedrooms enough for my small family to attend an especial occasion, its location was very good for me, to move around in Riyadh and avoid traffic. Choosing Layali appartment was one of the best decisions. And I will come again whenever I come to Riyadh.

Great location, spacious apartments beautifully decorated, but what truly stands out is Abdulaziz’s taste, he has taken Airbnb in Riyadh to the next level. Without a doubt, this was my best Airbnb experience ever. The host made it even better polite, thoughtfull, and helpfull. He responds quickly and he was always available to assist. الموقع ممتاز جدا والشقه كبيره وواسعة والتفاصيل في الاثاث والديكور ابداع بكل امانه حتى الصور ماتوفيها حقها أما عبدالعزيز شخصيا فهو كشخص انسان جدا محترم ومتعاون طلبت ايرلي جك ان ووافق ووصلت قبل الموعد ورتب الشقه بسرعه ودخلني على طول شكرا على هالتجربه الحلوه.

وحدة جديدة ورائعة في مشروع الماجدية 130 يتوفر فيه نادي صحي رجالي ونسائي ومنطقتين لاونج منفصلة للإجتماعات وغيرها السكن هاادئ جداً ، من المميز وجود شتر الكتروني على جميع النوافذ لعزل الشمس بالكامل ، كما يتوفر في الوحدة جميع الإحتياجات من أدوات المائدة وآلة قهوة وكذلك ممسحة عالية الجودة ماركة فيلدا وجميع أدوات التنظيف للاستخدام اليومي وأدوات كيّ جديدة.. حرفياً كل الإحتياجات اليومية متوفرة والمضيف متعاون جداً.. الإهتمام بالنظافة واضح جداً وأشكر الأخ نواف على هذا الإهتمام .. 🙏🏻 سأكرر الزيارة..

سكنت في الشقة وكانت تجربة جدًا مريحة وجميلة. المكان هادي بشكل يفتح النفس، والديكور مرتب وذوق، وكل شيء نظيف ومريح. الشقة فيها مسبح ونادي، وهالشي عطى التجربة طابع رايق أكثر. والموقع بعد ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء احتجته. صاحب الشقة شخص محترم وسريع في التجاوب، ما قصّر أبدًا. كنت ناسية غرض بعد ما طلعت، وتواصلت معه، ورجعه لي بكل أمانة واحترام. قليل تلقى ناس بهالذوق والأمانة، الله يجزاه خير. أنصح فيها وبقوة، وإن شاء الله مو اخر تعامل ..

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’appartamento. Facile da trovare e check in tutto automatizzato semplice. La casa era molto carina e compresa di tutti gli optional. Pulizia buona. Ottimo complesso residenziale carino e tenuto bene. C’è anche un supermercato vicino sempre aperto per ogni evenienza. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e ritornerei sicuramente. Host sempre disponibilissimo

Nice apartment in a great building. Gym is also very well equipped and clean and there is also an indoor pool. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures amd is very spacious. Just one thing: you need to bring your own towels as they are not provided.
