Comfortable, beautiful touches, authentic, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s place. Everything we needed was there and more. A much appreciated bottle in the fridge, fuel for the Barbie, you name it. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

We had high expectations for Casali Di Charme based on the location and photos, and it delivered higher than any of us could have imagined! The rooms were beautiful, the farm and surrounds were beautiful, the pool was beautiful and the hosts were beautiful people. We also booked dinner at the restaurant, and it was the best food we’ve eaten in Europe. The breakfast that was included was more than we could eat, and we also ordered lunch to go, which was also amazing. I can’t rate this place more highly! Thank you to Federica and Agnese and all of the wonderful staff who made our visit memorable. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing property! Better than the photos. 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Beautiful property amongst the olive trees. Enjoyed relaxing days by the pool, Floriana’s own Prosecco and the private pasta cooking class! Amazing stay!

A delight to return for a second visit, this time with my wife as well. Beautifully converted and maintained, with particularly kind and considerate hosting by Piero. If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Authentic and warm. The hospitality was exceptional, always available, helpful and full of kindness. This place is a real paradise nestled in the heart of nature, far from noise and pollution. A peaceful and beautiful setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from the indoor comfort to the magical atmosphere that prevails here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the weather was ideal. A true haven of peace where you want to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to experience them fully.
