Das gemütliche, alte Haus liegt perfekt an der Piste mit wunderschönem Blick. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch für kleine Kinder. Für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern ist es ein Traum. Die Hauptstraße ist kaum zu hören und stört daher nicht. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit, reagieren ganz schnell und freundlich auf Fragen oder Bitten, zB wenn etwas fehlt. Auch helfen Sie beim Gepäcktransport, was sehr praktisch war. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen. Einzig der Lebensmittelladen im Dorf war ist sehr ausverkauft, so dass es kein Brot und keine Milch gab. Das war schade, da der nächste Supermarkt 15min mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Das sollte man bei der Planung beachten.

Nous sommes un couple avec un enfant de 5 ans. Magnifique séjour de 5 nuits dans cette très belle région. Sophie est une hôte fort sympatique, réactive, serviable et discrète. Son logement est impeccable, une petite merveille pour profiter de la Gruyère. Nous ne pouvons que chalheureusement recommander !!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Une maison bien agencée pour accueillir plusieurs familles, avec une cuisine de rêve, le lieu est un peu retiré, calme, et néanmoins à proximité des commerces, entouré de somptueux paysages, un accueil d'une grande gentillesse ... Pour tout ceci, un grand merci à Marie et toute la famille! C'est un endroit parfait où l'on peut se détendre et se défouler et laisser son énergie passer par la nature (commentaire de mon fils de 10 ans)

We had a lovely 5-night stay here. The location is convenient for Rochers-de-Naye, Montreux and Territet via the CC and funi. There are lots of rooms in the apartment - and the walk-in closet helps the bedroom and living spaces feel clutter free and open. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and more, including some spices and oils etc. There are only a couple of open restaurants in Glion (and they’re closed some nights) and the bakery has recently closed down so options for local food is limited - but that didn’t stop us enjoying our stay!

Christine’s home, La Grappe, was perfect to use as a home base from which to explore Switzerland. The views from her home are breathtaking. A 5-10 minute walk brings you to either a bus stop or the train station. The nearby Lac Leman shore trail is ideal for daily strolls, visiting the Chateau de Chillon or the Fort de Chillon, and into Montreux. With our booking, we received a pass for use on all public transportation in “The Montreux Riviera” area. It was extremely handy, and allows also for free or reduced admission to many of the area`s sites. Her home was impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy, and she is a delightful hostess, who has thought of all the little things travelers need. She has lovingly transformed the gardens and pathways around her home into places for private relaxation and reflection - a beautiful setting while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Christine is a font of travel and sightseeing ideas. We highly recommend her home. Enjoy!

Diese Wohnung ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Bestens gelegen gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Man kann auch zu Fuss ins Dorf. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und funktionell, die Gastgeberin zuverlässig und der Empfang war persönlich und zeitlich flexibel.

Our stay at this Swiss apartment was good! The host demonstrated responsiveness and kindness. Communication was prompt and clear, making us feel welcomed and supported throughout our entire visit. When we needed additional assistance, he went above and beyond by reaching out to his neighbor to help us. The apartment itself was true to the photos. Located in a tranquil neighborhood and conveniently situated right across from the train station, it offered the perfect blend of accessibility and serenity. The space was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. A few practical notes for future guest: 1) The apartment is located about one and a half levels from the ground floor, and there is no lift. 2) train service runs approximately every hour, so you will really need to plan your journey out of the countryside. 3) Shower gel and shampoo are not provided. Our overall experience was delightful and will recommend if it meet your needs for a countryside stay!
