Loft vacation rentals in Riviera Ligure di Ponente

The area where the property is located is very quiet and well connected to the city center by bus and train (I recommend bus no. 42). The apartment is very nice, new and cared for in every detail. The beds are very comfortable. In addition, the property has a lovely garden from which the house is accessed independently. In the garden you can also park a mid-range car (the gate is a bit tight). The host was very present and responsive when answering our questions.

The apartment has real Italian flair. The public bench at the front door. The church is opposite, and the bar is 30 steps away. Everyone greets very kindly. In the middle of it and yet nice and quiet. Loved it. :-)

A very strategic place, a stone's throw from Vernazza station, in a few minutes you are in La Spezia to take the train to the 5 Terre and in a few minutes by car you are in the Gulf of Poets. Sarzana is also very close, with its free beach.

Excellent stay. The studio is ideally located in the Old Town of Ajaccio. Close to the port, restaurants, beaches. The accommodation is really spacious for 2 people and the small patio upstairs is really very nice with a magnificent view of the rest of the city.

We had a wonderful stay in Nice! The apartment was in the perfect location, just minutes from the beautiful beach and surrounded by so many great restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries where we grabbed fresh pastries every morning. It was ideal for our group of three; comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Maria was a fantastic host and made check-in smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely Vernazza Airbnb. The studio space was perfect for our needs — clean, comfortable, and very well located for both hiking and accessing the train to explore the other villages. After climbing countless steps throughout Cinque Terre, having just 40 steps from the main street to the front door felt like heaven! It was the ideal base for a relaxing and scenic holiday, and we’d happily stay again.

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Very interesting accommodation for seeing Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to get around on foot in the city). The apartment is well furnished and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor should be noted, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with the information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the local area (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife. The accommodation offered is incredible with a small private space outside that is very zen. We went swimming, the sea is nearby. The place is particularly quiet and neat. We also benefited from a parking space for our vehicle, which is an asset. Thank you Federico for your kindness, your hospitality and our exchanges. We spent 2 beautiful weeks in this beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. From check-in to checkout, we were accompanied throughout our stay. Located at the foot of Agosta beach, we were able to admire this beautiful setting of Ajaccio Bay and contemplate the beautiful sunset over the bloodthirsty islands. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the furniture and decoration are of high quality. We recommend this pied à terre for anyone who wants to have a good time in a heavenly place In addition Isolella and other such beautiful sites are nearby The place is like new, perfectly maintained and very clean Recommended without fail

We rated Paulo and Studio 29 with 5 stars on every category only because we could not give 10 stars!!! Paulo was an excellent host and went above and beyond with everything. He communicated very well, assisted us during check-in, provided a detailed overview of Studio 29, and went the extra mile to meet our needs. The attention to detail with everything within Studio 29 was absolutely spectacular. It is a must-see and we highly recommend staying at Studio 29 and working with Paulo!! We hope to return or visit one of the properties in Rome. Thanks Paulo!!
