Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

il soggiorno a casa di sara è stato davvero molto piacevole. questa bella casa restaurata di recente si affaccia su un giardino fiorito e profumato. la cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici super e stoviglie di qualità. i letti sono molto comodi e la biancheria è di pregio. non manca nulla per godersi appieno la vacanza. un'altra cosa che rende speciale questo borgo è il fatto di dover lasciare la macchina e arrivare a casa piedi con una piacevole passeggiata mentre i bagagli viaggiano sul trattore guidato da Bryan. lontani dal rumore della città ho vissuto delle ore immersa nella pace e nel verde dei boschi sullo sfondo. sara e bryan sono host premurosi e accoglienti e sanno anticipare ogni desiderio. raccomando vivamente questo posto se si vogliono vivere momenti ti vero relax.

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Unser Urlaub war einfach umwerfend in dieser wunderschönen abgelegenen Unterkunft. Der Fluss ist ein Traum, der Park ein Paradies und die Unterkunft sehr charmant eingerichtet. Der Weg zum Haus ist mit sehr großen Fahrzeugen etwas herausfordernd. Steil geht es auf einer Schotterstraße bergab. Aber es lohnt sich! Wir kommen gern wieder. Das Bergabbaugebiet hat uns nicht gestört. Die Geräusche sind sehr leise und mit Kindern hört man sie wirklich kaum. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Liebsten Dank dass wir da sein konnten.

Posto immerso nelverde con proprietari molto ospitali. Unica pecca bisogna spostarsi per forza con la macchina in quanto il luogo e'molto fuori mano e bisogna salire una montagna per arrivarci. Gli appartamenti poi hanno un difetto perche'si sente tutto tra ospiti.. Ma noi avevamo unbimbo piccolo per cuiforse abbiamo dato più fastidio noi.. 😅

Ho scelto questo cottage toscano assieme a mio marito perché cercavamo un luogo tranquillo e sereno dove trascorrere qualche giorno e da Letizia ci siamo trovati benissimo e sentiti a casa. La zona offre qualche passeggiata nel bosco, ma a 10 minuti di auto si trova più movimento nella città di Siena. La sera inoltre abbiamo potuto assistere ad uno spettacolo a dir poco magico: il suo uliveto si riempie di lucciole! Emozionante. A completare il tutto Asia, il cane di Letizia, socievole, buona e dolce. Letizia è stata una host sempre disponibile, educata e precisa nel fornire le informazioni. La sua casa pulita e in ordine. Consigliatissimo!

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines gemütliches Häuschen, welches sich auf einem großen Grundstück befindet auf dem Olivenbäume und Kräuter wachsen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man wohnt dort sehr privat, d.h. die Terrasse davor ist durch Sträucher und Bäume sehr geschützt, man hat jedoch einen wundervollen freien Blick aufs Meer und auf Portovenere. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich hervorragend entspannen. Wir freuen uns sehr Agnes kennengelernt zu haben. Sie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, welche immer erreichbar war und uns mit Ideen und Informationen unterstützt hat. Besser geht das nicht - vielen Dank Agnes !!! Zusammengefasst war es ein super Aufenthalt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Magdalena’s Airbnb was beautiful, it felt like it belonged in a movie! She was great from the moment we booked, giving us lots of recommendations for the area. Her house is a main floor, a basement, and a loft. The loft is nice with 2 single beds and a walk in bathroom with what looked like a new shower. The main floor is a dinning room with plenty of room and a comfortable couch. Then you walk into the kitchen which has everything you could possibly need! After walking through the kitchen there are stairs to go into the basement. Those stairs are steep however, there are double doors that lead into the bedroom in the basement so you don’t have to use them. The basement is very nice as well with a laundry room and another bathroom with a shower. There is AC in every room however, the downstairs stays cool enough that you don’t really need it. There is a washer for use if you pay 5 euros, we used it once and it worked well. This was a 10/10 stay for us! Book it, you won’t regret it!

Truely an amazing, magic and cozy oasis. The view, the house, the garden... it just made us happy! Probably one of the most special airbnbs you can imagine!

1.000 caratteri disponibili non sarebbero sufficienti per descrivere la magia di Maison Buschin e dell'energia vitale del suo appassionato proprietario Riccardo, che abbiamo avuto la grande fortuna di conoscere personalmente, visto che era di passaggio in zona (e come se non bastasse ci ha portato pure un ottimo dolcetto). Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per affinare il nostro album musicale e la tranquillità della zona è stata superlativa. Con il bel tempo i dintorni della casa diventano magnifici, con le colline tutte intorno e le montagne in lontanza, uno spettacolo. La casa è proprio come in foto e ha tutto quello che serve per trascorrere delle giornate super piacevoli. Il giardino esterno un valore aggiunto incredibile. Riccardo host davvero spaziale, reattivo nella comunicazione e sempre disponibile. Ci sentiamo davvero di dire grazie a questo posto e a Riccardo perché qui abbiamo respirato davvero. Ovviamente non lo consiglio a nessuno, altrimenti non troveremo più posto.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabios place and were able to wind down perfectly. The house is located in a beautiful small village, perfect for relaxing and getting away from big city trouble. Fabio is a great host, we felt really welcomed and had exactly the vacation we hoped for. Thanks !

Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen Aufenthalt bei sehr, sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt eingebettet in der Natur in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend. Optimal um mal vom Alltag abzuschalten. Um Einkäufe zu tätigen oder Ausflüge braucht man das Auto, was Rosella ja auch in der Beschreibung angibt. Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub was auch viel an der Familie lag, die uns so freundlich und freundschaftlich aufgenommen hat.

I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! This was the perfect, cozy, peaceful stay. Daniela and her family were so kind, they made us feel right at home. The grounds were so beautiful, and just a short walk up the hill, through the vineyard, and you get an incredible view. Within a 15 minute drive, there are some great restaurants and vineyards to check out. This was truly a perfect stay for us, we loved everything about it.

Wir wurden mit frisch gebackenem Brot, selbst gemachtem Kuchen sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Olivenöl von Max und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren auch sehr lecker 😋 Die Liegebetten waren total bequem. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Ivan gereinigt. 👍🏽 Olga hat uns sogar ein Backrohr organisiert 😊… Die Herzlichkeit von Olga und Max, die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben diesen Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht….danke 🥰Ulli & Martin

Sono stata con la mia famiglia per un weekend da Cornelia. La casa è davvero bella è dotata di ogni comfort, in piscina si sta davvero bene, la vista dalla piscina che da sui campi di noccioli è magica. Questa sistemazione è perfetta per una coppia, la sconsiglio a famiglie con bambini perché ha dei luoghi in cui vanno sorvegliati costantemente per evitare pericoli.

Wi haben Anfangs Juni die angenehmen Temperaturen genossen. Tolle Aussicht, sehr grosse Terrasse und auch vom Wohnzimmer aus ein grosses Panoramafenster. Alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Das Umland perfekt zum Mountainbiken und wandern, mit dem Auto 15min zum Meer.

Elisa, you made our honeymoon a dream! Prior to the stay she sent us lots of information, pictures & voice notes to help with all our queries! We drove down to Santa Margarita after getting married in the lakes, it rained so I asked her if there was a dry cleaners who could clean my dress and my husbands suit and she took them straight after directing us to the property (it is beautiful and peaceful what we needed after a hectic social wedding!) Her husband helped carry our bags and they both were so friendly and have the most beautiful restaurant we had the pleasure of visiting! They left us a gorgeous bottle of wine on arrival which we drank whilst opening cards by the pool, and brought us stunning meats and cheese with olive oil made from the olive tree we sat under -just beautiful! Each morning Elisa left warm croissants and fresh fruit on the garden coffee table which was delicious and so thoughtful! Communication was amazing, thank you for everything we were truly sad to leave xx

Daniele is een ontzettend attente en hartelijke gastheer. De tafel was al gedekt voor het eten, er stond een uitgebreid welkomstpakket klaar en ook de badkamer was met oog voor detail klaar gemaakt voor ons verblijf. Ook de tuin is prachtig en tip top verzorgd, bovendien voorzien van prima tuinmeubilair. Daniele woont op hetzelfde perceel maar dat is in het geval van Daniele alleen maar prettig! Hij is heel voorkomend en heeft het huis zodanig ingericht dat je je meteen thuis en vooral welkom voelt. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen te maken en Daniele heeft daarvoor de kaarten in huis liggen. Vanuit het huis loop je binnen 10 minuten naar een erg fijn en lekker restaurant (tip van Daniele) Wij hadden een ontzettend fijn en ontspannen verblijf.

Die Unterkunft ist grossartig in jeder Hinsicht! Top Lage mit Blick in eine grandiose Landschaft und Blick auf La Morra, einzigartig. Total ruhig und trotzdem viele Dinge sehr nahe. Wohnung top, sehr geschmackvoll und supersauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Paola ist immer erreichbar, reagiert sehr schnell mit allem, sehr flexibel, das Herz des Hauses. Wir hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren eine Woche an dem zauberhaften Ort. Dieser übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ermöglichte das Baden zu jeder Tageszeit. Die große Terasse wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Die komfortablen Gartenmöbel ermöglichten Bequemlichkeit. Hervorzuheben ist die blickdichte Aussendusche -sogar mit warmen Wasser-. Die Küche scheint neu und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auch Bad und WC waren wunderbar praktisch. Es fanden sich auch zusätzliche Dinge, wie Spiele, Bücher, oder Taucherbrillen mit Schnorchel. Die Unterkunft ist auch Ausgangpunkt, um die Umgebung zu Fuss zu erkunden. In der Nähe beginnen Wanderwege an der Küste entlang.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Roy und seine Frau sind super freundlich, haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und tolle Essensempfehlungen gegeben. Das Cottage ist ruhig, entspannend und einfach idyllisch. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!
