The location is really great. The pictures are up to date. The room is a little bigger than it looks in the photos. Great views from the windows. Bathroom with window. Direct access to a small shared terrace. Nespresso machine and kettle for tea at the room. The location is almost on the "main square" of the place. Train station can be reached in 3 minutes. Lake can be reached in 3-4 minutes. Top starting point for the Cinque Terre. Clear recommendation!!!

Good location, good value for money, all sights within walking distance, everything clean

We loved the place! The room was so much nicer than the pictures made it seem. Very comfortable bed and very clean. The room is in a different area to the Airbnb location - if you look up 'Room Rio Groppo' on Google in Manarola that's where the room is. This was fine for us as we were there for hiking anyway, but just a heads up. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

nice place in the center of everything. close to restaurant's, shopping and cute cafes and some night life. You have one private room in a shared apartment so the kitchen is not private and there are people in the other bedrooms. but you have ample locks and security, was a great stay overall

Had an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore while enjoying a calm atmosphere. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Oustanding helpful staff who were just lovely (thank you). The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Nice with many attractions, cafes etc very closed by. Helpful to have a reception team on site. Very clean apartment with great heating. Overall, a very positive experience.

Very cozy small apartment,in the city center,with everything you need inside. There is a balcony,kitchenette,iron,hairdryer Absolutely everything)) But it is very difficult to lift your heavy luggage upstairs)) Be prepared for that) Wonderful communication and hosts,were available. Thanks to you) We would be happy to come back to see you again if we come to Nice We will recommend you to our friends)

Perfect place to stay in Nice, close to everything and the room was great!

A pleasant and friendly lady with her dog. A quiet place and well decored apartment for a nice journey in Florence. It was worth the money, we did not face any trouble in our vacation time. I would recommend the apartment for a lonely traveler, a couple or any person looking for peace of mind and to be close to the historical center of Florence.
