We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

A very cosy and comfortable space in a great location. Well equipped with quality home wares. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Hosts friendly and approachable. Will certainly look to stay here again.

the location is great and easy to find. Maddy and Arron has been very responsive and accommodative... the whole place are exactly same as per Airbnb photos.. the kitchen is also great for cooking. basically all good.. the only thing I would not say best is their bedding is a bit too soft.. but overall sleep still ok.

Ferne's place is in a peaceful neighbourhood but very near to a lot of amenities- within a 5 mins drive to cafes, grocery and the awesome Shelley Beach playground. Her place is clean and free of clutter. The 2 living rooms were useful for us- one to relax and watch TV and play, the other to pack our luggage. The garage is a tight fit for our small suv but we managed. and it was very helpful when it was raining and we could get into the house from the garage. in face we hardly used the front door as it was just more convenient to get in via the back door near the garage. Ferne is an extremely responsive and friendly host- when I asked where I could get a cardboard box to pack in some edibles I bought, she sent one over immediately and recommended a nearby grocer I can go get one if the box she sent does not meet my needs. Only grouse is there is only one toilet and bathroom, and you have young kids who always seem to need to go when you are in the toilet. But this is not a deal breaker.

The host/s were extremely helpful. The place is freshly renovated and in a prime location. Very happy with the stay :)

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. Rami's place was as described and pictured. Rami was very responsive when we had trouble finding the apartment at first. The apartment was very walkable to ciao italia and millpoint book caffe. We had an enjoyable time and very good rest. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean and tidy. Thank you for the lovely place to stay. Our family had a great time!

What a great Airbnb pace to stay. Keith & Maria were the best hosts and their accommodation was very neat & tidy. Maria even gave us a bottle of wine to help celebrate our birthdays. Close to lot's of cafes & shops and not from the Casino and the city.

I needed another heater and sharp knife which were promptly attended to . The folder with appliance instructions was easy to find . My privacy was respected too. A very comfortable bed meant a good night’s sleep.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
