The apartment is as it appears in the photos, perfect for 4 people thanks to the second bathroom. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome, a stone's throw from Via Giulia, a few minutes' walk from Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona, but still in an extremely quiet and uncrowded area. Fantastic location. Filomena was attentive to our requests and prompt in her responses. An exceptional host. I recommend everyone to stay here, you won't regret it.

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Very clean and well located accommodation close to bus lines and the metro to reach the main monuments of Rome. The accommodation is very close to a train station that allows you to get directly from the airport in 40 minutes. A few very good restaurants and ice cream parlors in the neighborhood. Really good host. Super responsive and pro-active to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Delightful place, well-kept, essential, perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing stay with their 4-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for letting dogs run free. You will find a lovely garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor table allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. A stone's throw from the house, a private road will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation... what can we say, beyond expectations you will be more than satisfied. Antonella is a serious and very precise host, ready for our requests and always kind. It would be nice to come back! Thanks from Sara, Simone, Lillo, and Joy 🐶

Mannicci’s place is perfect! We were very well accommodated. The location is close to the bus stop which helped us get to the center of Rome easily. We will definitely be back. Our days in Rome were perfect!

A great gateway location to Rome. Was easy to travel to and from Rome each day. 200 meters from the ocean - which provided great walking, running or biking opportunities. Very nice local restaurants, cafes and supermarket opportunities all within walking distance of the Villa. Paolo is a great host, providing proactive and helpful communication throughout your (our) stay. The pictures reflect exactly what you get, you’ll enjoy the set up. For us it was a very comfortable stay, in which we enjoyed our family time both inside the villa, as well as enjoyed the well maintained, spacious nice yard and set up.

Apartment furnished with care and with everything you need, very close to the metro line A that in a short time leads to the immediate attractions of the city. The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area even at night, with all services nearby. Great experience also with the host, very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend this apartment!!

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Charming Trastevere Apartment

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo and Kate’s beautiful hide‑away in Tuscany. The place was spotless, thoughtfully equipped and felt both spacious and cosy at the same time. It’s perfectly located, only a five‑minute drive to the lovely town of Castelle Azzara. Waking up to birdsong, spending slow afternoons in the sauna and spa and falling asleep to absolute silence left us completely relaxed. Riccardo and Kate were the perfect hosts - welcoming, attentive and responsive. They really have thought of everything. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a real Tuscan escape, this is the place. We 100% recommend to future guests. Grazie mille!
