Very clean place and so close to Derry centre. Bed was comfy and nicely decorated apartment. Easy to get in with lock box. Only issue was parking near the place but plenty of street parking near by

Really enjoyed our stay here, it is in a great location with beautiful views overlooking the river foyle. We were blessed with sunny weather and got to see the sun set behind the mountains from the patio area. The pictures don’t do the view from the patio justice! Unbelievable. We were only 5 mins drive from the city centre so an ideal location for going out for food and drinks and a very cheap taxi home. Derry city is a great night out with live music in every bar and really friendly people. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be staying here when I return!

Sean’s manor house was amazing! Beautiful, serene surroundings, gorgeous house, beautifully furnished with antique’s, and so quiet. Sean himself was a pleasure to chat with and a very helpful host. The shared guest kitchen we found very clean, well stocked with breakfast foods, and had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. Plenty of black cows grazing in the surrounding green pastures and rolling hills lent to the peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend Sean’s manor house and surrounding gardens to anyone wanting to step back in time to a relaxed elegance of earlier times.

Beautiful, clean apartment minutes away from the historic city centre. Very comfortable and had all the necessary appliances, cookware and utensils for a longer stay if desired. Perri was very welcoming and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay again!
