Very homely flat 100m from a nice sandy beach

Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway.

An absolute gem of a place to stay. Comfortable and clean, they have really thought about the little details and they make all the difference. Light and airy upstairs, soft beds for a great nights sleep downstairs. The bedrooms are large and immaculate. Having the balcony came in useful for when the boys wanted to chill and I could still catch some sun until 4pm! I came away with just my little 4 year old twins and the location is superb, next door to Spar, 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the shops and restaurants. All accessible with a double pram for when their legs got tired. It was quiet at night and felt really safe too. Ample parking around the back. Great communication from a the hosts. We’ll definitely be back again!

We had a 1 night stay as a group of 5. Fantastic property with lots of space. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfy beds and a lovely sea view. We had a delay with our check in so we were able to change for a late check out which was a nice touch and we were kept well informed by Marianne. We all wished we could have stayed longer!

Nicola's caravan was easy to access, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. The central heating worked perfectly. Unfortunately one of us became unwell, and we had to cut our stay short. Nicola was friendly and generous in response. We wished we could have stayed our full week as the area is beautiful.

The perfect get away for stunning vistas and coastal hiking. Aberffray is a gem, boasting a remarkable pub! I’m already excited for our next stay! We used Asda delivery to secure groceries, since we arrived by train and taxi, which we recommend booking in advance. Ray with Rhosneigr taxis was especially helpful! But this house is truly delightful—modernized with easy access to Eglwys Cwyfan. Eglwys Cwyfan dates to the twelfth century, although local historians suggest that an earlier church was built on this site during the 700s. The land was once a peninsula, eroded by water and time. It’s been an island for hundreds of years, only accessed during low tide.

We had a great stay at Lilian’s caravan, it is well equipped and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach is fabulous! The kids loved climbing the sand dunes to get to the sea and we spent several evenings playing on the beach. Huge thanks to Lilian for being such an amazing host, she was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve the couple of minor issues we had. We would recommend staying here if you want to stay at Greenacres, you can’t beach the pitch or the host!

The most magical stay. The property exceeded expectations. The views from this property are spectacular. The balconies are so well located and the outside terrace is perfect for sitting and relaxing with even more space. The bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and incredible views. Smart TVs were epic for using Prime/Netflix etc. the finish in the property is high end. Clothes airer and washing machine were so handy. The bath upstairs was amazing with sea views. Little touches like the board games and yoga mat really were the perfect additions. Local area is peaceful and we felt very safe. Parking is just round the corner and you can see the car park from the upstairs windows so super safe. It’s £6.60 for 24 hours. Plenty to do around the area and nearby towns but we loved staying at the house and cooking & watch films. Kyra is the perfect host so easy to check in and out. Very relaxed and simple service. She responded very quickly and gave great service about local area.

We love Abersoch and this is the perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful and really comfortable, lovely bedrooms with enough space for a family to stay! Living room is a nice room to rest, kitchen is equipped, conservatory is lovely, bedrooms are so comfy and airy and bathrooms are clean with good pressured showers. We highly recommend this house and Wendy & Ian are really welcoming and answer messages really quickly. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
