Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rionegro

I loved the location because it was away from all the noise and craziness of Provenza, yet you are within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The building itself has a nice family-friendly pool and a jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant and Spa. The building staff is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issue that you may have. The best thing about this location was that there is an outstanding restaurant (probably the best in Medellin), only a 4-minute Uber ride ($1.5 US). The restaurant name is Runico, you must have reservations to get in, the experience is outstanding in all senses. The only thing that was a problem for me was the hot water in the shower. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. They don't use water heaters like in the US, and I was not able to figure it out. One of the best experiences on my travels to Medellin.

Great 2 bedroom apartment that was well appointed. The view from the balcony was amazing and the jacuzzi was a hit. The master bedroom is a nice size and the bed is huge. The lighting in the apartment is nice and unique. The washer/dryer was nice to have. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

This unit is perfect. The balcony has great views and everything is functional. The AC is perfect as Medellin is getting warmer. Also, having a washer and dryer cuts down on my excess packing. The building is quiet but to get to the action is a three minute Uber or 14 minute walk(I timed it). Catalina and team have excellent communication. I recommend this unit.

Fabian, Juan Pablo and the entire group of co-hosts were very responsive. The apartment was great, as described and the views and balcony are incredible. We were able to walk to many places nearby and taxis and metro were also easy options. I would recommend this apartment to other guests.

Mateo was very attentive. We had showed up a little early from travels and was very accommodating! We were able to enjoy the amenities while the reception held our belongings and luggage safe. When arriving to the unit, the whole room had a refreshing smell of linen and a type of lovely oil diffuser. The view off the balcony was a beautiful sight to see at all times throughout the day. Day, night, rain or shine the view and unit were enjoyable. The thing we appreciated the most was the extensive list of local recommendations for night life, eateries, excursions, tours, etc. We picked a good number of his rec's and were satisfied through it all. :)

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

A very peaceful place, the view is beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a closed unit and yet the lot is very private, very close to Retiro Park and many places in Eastern Antioquia. A good place to rest and connect with nature.

We loved the location. Hosts were very good communicators and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfectly situated in Laureles to walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This place is ideal for a visit to Medellín!

Urban Studios is my favorite place to stay in Medellin! Restaurant, Gym, Pool, and Jacuzzi. All in your building! Jessica’s place was on the 17th floor and had a great view. The blinds are controlled with a remote. It has 2 big TVs. All the amenities that you need. The building security are also very friendly and kind. Will be back soon!

Good spot, lots of places very close. Nightlife just a 5 min drive away!
