Vacation rentals with a pool in Rio Quente

This is the second time staying in this house with my family and I can safely say: we'll be back every year. The house is perfect, has air conditioning, a really heated pool, everything very clean and organized. 3 bathrooms are great especially when you are with more people. The hostess is very welcoming, attentive and gives very clear information, in addition to making everything ready for the stay. My mother is always reluctant to return home, she said that the only defect of the stay is the house not being her hahahaha she likes this little corner in Caldas. Go without fear! I super recommend ♡

The home of Mrs. Viviane is of excellence! It surprised me as it is even more beautiful than shown in the photos! All impeccable! The gourmet area is wonderful! The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighborhood is very close to the center! The kitchen is complete and rich in utensils! I am so grateful to have had such a perfect stay!

The stay was very good, house organized, everything clean, the person who received us very polite. Nearby has supermecados and a bakery that has a way to walk, about 15 minutes of walking, quiet, we like it a lot.

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

The house is great, all integrated space, the en-suites and bathrooms are good sizes, it has all the necessary infrastructure, the heated pool is warm, everything is great!

Local is the listing, they could inform you that each guest needs to pay R$10 for the access bracelet (extra charge), but overall the accommodation and available resources were great and within the expected range.

Éder's apartment is cozy and has a good location, close to a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, air-conditioning and showers working well, the condominium's distinguishing feature is the river, warm water until 10:00 p.m., Éder was a great host.

Our stay was very quiet, we were with our 3 young children and our grandparents. The condominium is very nice, has 5 pools (if you have the waterfall that is very hot in front of the sauna). The apartment is very complete, comfortable and well located. I took the seasonings I like and prepared lunch the first day. We even made burgers the night in the apartment grill. I took the baby's portable crib and fit perfectly next to us in the suite. In addition, it was possible to wash clothes and use the small poles that are on the balcony, I have nothing to complain about. We are at your disposal cleaning products. We went to the Uber Moonlight Market thing for 5 minutes to get there. Malba was super attentive with us throughout our stay. Voltaria several times and I highly recommend it.
