The only observation is about the balcony, as it was dirty due to the pigeons that stayed there. A suggestion put screen in the balcony. Because I couldn't use it due to birds (pigeons) that were there and made a lot of noise. The rest were very organized and clean as in the description. Good location. Large and comfortable space.

The stay was great, the apartment is simple, but comfortable. I had no signal at the waterfall and forgot to explain the check-in to my in-laws, but Clarissa told them what to do. The location is great too.

The place is wonderful. SIMPLE AS THAT. Situated in a gated community with 24-hour concierge with a very nice leisure area and quiet. As for the apartment the comment I made with my colleague who stayed with me is that it CAME OUT BETTER than the ORDER. Kkkk. Really really the apartment is very cozy and has everything. YOU host there and it's quiet. The AP is better until my home and the price charged does not match what you will enjoy there. The owner could charge more peacefully that would definitely be worth it.
