Beautiful interior apartment with a separate entrance. Well-lit, spacious bathroom and good kitchen 1 block from the theater, 2 blocks from the Sanatorium, 3 blocks from downtown, for 3 people plus 1 baby crib. It has an exceptional patio with a quincho, churrasquera and shared garden. Where you can enjoy the affection of Cacha, Lara and Frida who are our pets. We like to receive your suggestions and thus improve our service for future guests.

The modern building features a combination of five stories with balconies and large glass windows. A welcoming entrance area is visible, showcasing decorative elements on the ground floor. Open spaces suggest a blend of residential and commercial uses, contributing to a lively urban atmosphere.

It is a very warm, very bright and ventilated, quiet and spacious apartment. Ideal for coming for work or to get to know the beautiful city. It has a barbecue, solarium and laundry room for common use. The building is still under construction so you can see some dust in the hallways, elevators and stairs
