Our stay at Juan’s place was perfect for our needs! The place was very clean and convenient for all our needs. Hot tub with an epic view, 5 minute walk to an amazing beach, and close to nearby towns for exploring! Highly recommend.

Roberto was VERY attentive talked to me the entire time even 2 months prior from my actual check in date. The views are AMAZING! The home is located deep into the mountain on the very tippy top. The roads are very narrow going to the home, it’s definitely worth it would recommend an suv or truck but a sedan will do the job. Provided anything I asked for or had questions about ! For my whole group! The house is basically two separate apartments great space !

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! While the surrounding area initially felt a bit sketchy and the view outside was mostly power lines and a substation, don’t let that deter you—the apartment itself is exactly as pictured and truly a cozy, well-kept space once you’re inside. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like beach essentials (a foldable mat, kids’ toys, etc.), which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The hot tub was a definite highlight and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it was super central to San Juan—we Ubered everywhere with ease. The host was also kind enough to share helpful local recommendations and even left a bottle of wine for us, which was such a sweet gesture after a long, delayed flight. I didn’t need to contact the host during the stay because everything was seamless, but I absolutely would rebook and stay here again without hesitation!

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

The villa was well-maintained and spotless. The white ceramic tile floors made everything look clean and bright, and the space was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The villa was well-stocked with everything we needed—plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, garbage bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts also provided thoughtful extras like bottled water and snacks, which were much appreciated. There were even golf clubs available for use at the nearby driving range, and having cable TV was a nice bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. The grounds were tidy and well-kept, and overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. The owners were incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed.

I booked this home because the pictures looked beautiful, but once I arrived, I realized they didn't do it justice. The house is gorgeous both inside and out. The landscaping is stunning, and the views from every angle are breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The interior of the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area downstairs was also lovely, offering plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view. I fell in love with it all. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by exquisite landscaping, making it a perfect spot for photos. The property is filled with trees that bear fruit, which is an added bonus. We also had the pleasure of meeting David and his wife, who were incredibly kind and attentive. We sat and chatted for a while, which is a rare and enjoyable experience when renting a vacation home. They truly are wonderful people! This has become my go-to rental in the mountains. Thank you,David, for sharing your home with us. I loved it
