Apartment vacation rentals in Rio Grande County

It was a great and very cozy place. We just spent one night there, but we felt immediately like home. It is also good located to see great sand dunes NP. Thank you for hosting us!

This place is definitely a heck of a deal! The quaint little cabin was perfect, it had enough space for my outdoors gear, and the size of the cabin made it easy to keep neat and clean. The location of the cabin was perfect as well!! Nestled just outside of southfork it boasts a wonderful view of mountains and emanates a truly peaceful vibe. Overall, the trip was amazing and hopefully we'll be back soon!

Felt right at home, all the comforts right where they counted! Washer & dryer, well outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds & linens, great shower, comfortable living area! Great walkable area right downtown. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for a quick overnight. The apartment had everything described and was appreciated. I loved being right next door to food and drink. How handy. Be ready for a one story stairwell to the apartment.

The place is incredible, you enjoy peace and quiet, it has enough space for large groups of people, we were 10 and we all slept very comfortable, the kitchen was very complete, you will find all the utensils you need to cook. We will definitely come back in summer 🤩

Kalli, you have a very nice home, very spacious, and looks like pictures. Did not struggle finding place or getting inside.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was extremely nice & the instructions left for check in/parking were very clear. It was easy to find on the first night even arriving in the dark. There were a lot of great places to snag a drink & eat within 2 minutes of a walk. Do NOT skip out on Raisin Rye for coffee and bread/pastries. ⭐️ Overall fantastic weekend in Del Norte with this quiet and clean oasis to come back to after a long day out.

Historic building with charm. Once traveling the inside stairwell up, the place opened up. Room C was very spacious with a great modern shower. parked right outside the building. The Del Norte Police Department right across the street. Safe, peaceful super quiet evening. I didn't hear a sound from Amy of the other rooms or outside noise. This was a great place for me to stay in between Great Sand Dunes and Mesa Verde National Parks.
