Las Piedras is a fully equipped cabin located infront of the river, with a direct and private access to the river, located in Milagro Verde, 15 min walking distance from the main town of Minca. The first floor is a private entrance to a complete cabin with full amenities. There is another private entrance to a second floor which is my personal entrance but does not impact the guest’s space. In the cabin you have a fire pit, BBQ, eating area, sitting area, patio, river, & small natural pool.

Excellent apartment, spectacular view towards the mountains and the mangrove! Good natural ventilation and equipped with fans and air conditioners, fully furnished, good internet connection, the condominium has entertainment spaces such as swimming pool and tennis court, in addition there were no restrictions for my pet. Great to relax, it is in a fairly private area of the Rodadero and close to the beach, it has an excellent location throughout the tourist area of Santa Marta. Highly recommended!

The stay in general was really good, just as shown in the ads. Simon and his landlord Alfredo are really good people, helpful, and they solved everything for me and helped us with other activities in Santa Marta. The house is very comfortable, the air conditioning is great and the pool is very pleasant. The security of the complex is really good, the truth is, it's very comfortable. I hope to return soon.

Fantastic place. It is an easy walking distance to all amenities but very quiet and peaceful at night. We stayed here after a long trip up Cero Kennedy and it was exactly what we needed. Great to have laundry available, Morgan provided many recommendations, and was extremely helpful in arranging transportation back to Santa Marta. Would love to come back here one day.

We absolutely loved our time here!! After months of travelling we felt like we needed a bit of luxury and that’s exactly what we got. The listing is exactly as described and Miroslaw could not have been more helpful during our time there - allowing us flexibility with the check out time was the cherry on the cake on what was a fantastic few days. Highly recommend!
