It has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a covered terrace, a small gazebo with a barbecue, a swimming pool, and access to a forest with native trees, hammocks, and games for children. It has parking.

The place is in an absolutely natural setting, close to important vineyards and the Maipo River, with a gazebo and children's games. The house is also delivered ozonated to provide security and tranquility to visitors. The characteristics of the environment do not allow parties, visits or bothersome noise.
