There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Large plot overlooking fields, walking paths, nice bike paths and swing for the children. Perfect if you are traveling via Kapellskär as sheets and towels are included. We can also pick you up at the Rösa bus stop for a small additional charge. Our kind dog Bamse and our children play on the property. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Naturnära mini-etagelägenhet på 30 kvadratmeter. Det är kompakt living fördelat på två våningsplan. Två sängar. En dubbelsäng 140 cm och en säng på 120 cm. Kontakta mig om ni är familj på 3 personer. Fina skogar utanför huset att ströva i eller för bär och svampplockning. På vår lilla gård finns hästar i hagar utanför och flera katter. Vi har ingen städavgift inkluderad vid bokningen men du förväntas lämna boendet städat. Utebliven städning kan debiteras i efterhand med 50 euro.

The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
