Connie description of the place was exactly what she had said. Place was very homey feeling and clean. Check in was easy. Place had two bathrooms one was right off the bedroom. Both of them were very clean and were equipped with bathroom items. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Lots of counter space for baking. Parking was in front of the door to the AirBnB. I would recommend staying here if you just want to stay at a quiet place and relax. Yes you would hear cars going by but not all the partying from the restaurants and bars. I would stay here again.

Accommodations were as described and exactly what we needed. It is a ground floor unit and provided the easy accessibility that we needed for this stay.

Another great stay in one of Kevin’s properties in Manhattan, KS. Perfect for weekend visit to visit daughter in school at KSU. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment preserved the quaint feel of a century-old building with enough modern amenities to be comfortable. Just what we expected to find.

Cindy was super friendly and very accommodating. much enjoyed the room upstairs. The sunlight through the trees on that brick road outside, the eggshell interior with cowboy flairs was a nice touch. I recommend staying here

Really enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughter at K State. Easy walk to campus and Aggieville. Good neighborhood and apartment was well set up. Only complaint was the beds were a bit hard. Communication was fantastic and they even looked for a necklace I realized I lost after leaving and contacted me when they found it. We will be back!

I've stayed at a couple of Jordan and Jason's listings before and each time they are fantastic. the beds at this listing are super comfortable and you can't help but get a great night's sleep. I wish the Airbnb app would let you mark certain host so any of their listings would go to the top of searchs and I would definitely do that with Jason and Jordan. Never had anything but great stays with them. Thank you again for letting my coworkers and myself stay at your place.

I was in Manhattan for a KSU reunion and this was a perfect place for me. It was really clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Suzy was a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommend for a single or couple :)

We had a wonderful visit at Amanda’s property. It was perfect for traveling with our chocolate lab. Amanda has a privacy fence partition that gave us a private fenced in space for our dog. Her dogs will let you know they are on the other side of the fence, but that is to be expected. We sooo appreciate the pet friendly hospitality and proximity to the athletic complexes. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the bath towels are incredible!

Very nice and welcoming stay. Lots to do around the area and fairly close to Aggieville if you’re up for that.

Great place for a weekend stay in Manhattan. Check-in was simple. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the football stadium (just over a mile) and was an easy drive to everything else in town. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

This was the second time we stayed at one of Tara's properties and it won't be the last! This apartment has a comfy bed and that is always a plus too !

Excellent place to stay! We were in town for the Aggieville Showdown and could not have asked for a better location. Being three minutes from the fairgrounds was awesome, and the layout of Tara’s space was perfect. We felt right at home. We’re hopeful we can book it again next year!
