Loved the apple theme going on in the unit. Comfortable - minus having to lug my heavy suitcases upstairs - I really enjoyed the master bedroom. Super comfortable and spacious.

Connie's place was just as described! It was perfect for our overnight stay in Manhattan. It was close to restaurants and the activity we came to town for. It was a quaint, cute older (historic?) building, was comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Connie was always quick to respond when I had questions. The bed was comfortable and had everything we needed to our stay.

This is a wonderful find right in the heart of Manhattan! We needed a place for graduation that could accommodate all 7 of us, and this was the place. One of the best things about the place is that there are bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms! This made getting ready with 5 women in the place so much easier. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own air conditioner, so everyone could keep their room at the temperature they liked! Next time we need a place for multiple families, I will definitely look at this property!

This small apartment was perfect for what we needed. It’s a comfortable space with a great location. We walked to most everywhere that we needed. There is parking on property but it was very easy street parking.

The facility was very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable and the linens great.

This is such a thoughtfully-designed space. There is plenty of storage and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Quality finishes and appliances throughout. Very convenient location with easy access to KSU, Aggieville and Downtown. Overall it was simply an easy and comfortable place to live for the twelve days we needed it!

10/10 for a weekend trip to Manhattan! Comfortable and clean, walking distance to Aggieville but still quiet at night We will stay again for sure!!

Nice, spacious place. Very clean. Cute decor and furnishings. Walkable to campus and Aggieville. Easy to find and plenty of parking. We had trouble getting in touch with the manger after hours (emergency line)- but they were able to help us the next morning to resolve an issue with the windows. Would recommend this rental for those visiting Manhattan!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and felt right at home. Great location and excellent amenities. Ms. Anderson was extremely helpful and responsive to my communications! Will stay again!!!

This was not our first stay at Sandra's and won't be our last! It is a great location, close to everything you want to do, but quiet and peaceful for a great night's sleep. The rental is exactly as it appears and matches the description. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

This was the second time we stayed at one of Tara's properties and it won't be the last! This apartment has a comfy bed and that is always a plus too !

I stayed at Edward’s place for 2 nights with my 3 pups and it was a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood is nice and safe and having the private fenced yard and private entrance was perfect for traveling with the pups. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. You could easily fit 4-6 people in the main room if needed. This place is a great value.

Excellent place to stay! We were in town for the Aggieville Showdown and could not have asked for a better location. Being three minutes from the fairgrounds was awesome, and the layout of Tara’s space was perfect. We felt right at home. We’re hopeful we can book it again next year!
