Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

The property is extremely beautiful, with plenty of nice clear walking trails. The barnyard is very nice and the animals were impeccably taken care of. The property has plenty of potential and the "Yert" spot is very tranquil. I'd go back for the nature trails and the possibility of kayaking on the Wood River. As I stated the property is beautiful.

Fantastic place! This is a rare find. I've been renting houses in this area for years and this is by far the best I've stayed in. It must be new this year because I haven't seen it listed before. The house is bright and comfortable. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a back deck just off the kitchen/living room area and a big grassy lawn. I loved that we could hop on bikes and be at the beach within minutes and then come back home to a quiet, private, comfortable house. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place, the location and the kindness and understanding of the host when unusual life circumstances made for some “quirky” communication. It’s the perfect location for beach visits and ocean town touristing. Rhythm and Roots Festival was reason for my stay this time. Location was a short drive to Ninigret Park. The suite was clean, well-equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

A comfortable living area is showcased, featuring a grey sofa with patterned throw pillows. A wooden floor adds warmth, while a decorative coffee table stands in front. A fireplace is present, with glass shelving beside it, and a television mounted above.

The empty nest!

Marc was very welcoming and so was the house! A couple of my friends and I booked this place for a little girls trip for the end of our senior year and the house was super clean, comfortable, and smelled great. They also left us a bouquet of flowers at the table which we found added to the total vibe of the place. There were also many activities inside the place such as tv, board games, and books to read. All the rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and was amazing. Over all, this was definitely the right choice. From the comfort to the amazing view of the forest, this house added so much to our trip and the owners were also super welcoming in themselves.

Excellent little getaway for my wife and I. Private woody area perfect for two people and a fur baby. Host was very kind and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay there again.

The room features two wooden beds with decorative bed linens and pillows. A bedside table with a lamp is positioned between the beds. The walls are finished with wood paneling, and soft lighting is provided by a ceiling fixture.
