Stayed here for one night on a long cross-country road trip. Arrived at 2am and the host came down to receive me and check me in. I highly recommend.

Roger was a very gracious and kind host. The place is nice and clean. It is “small” like in the pictures. So a single person or a couple would be maximum. But it was nice and worked out very well for me by myself.

Nice place for a week long hunt in eastern Montana. Sure beats a hotel room. Nice to have a kitchen and laundry. They upgraded the kitchen table from last year and left a vacuum clean for occasional use during the week. This was our third stay at Toby's.place and 2nd stay in the downstairs unit which is much better for our needs. Looking forward to next year's stay provided everything works out.

This was my second time staying at this location, and it was just as great as the first! The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host is responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

WE have stayed at Roger's place several times and would recommend it whole heartedly. The cabin is just as advertised and Roger is very friendly and helpful. We are already planning on 2 return trips next year.
