The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The Klabautermann is a lovingly furnished guest house on two floors with a separate entrance and private garden. It is located in the annex of the historic captain's house. The bright, open living-dining area with kitchenette has direct access to its own covered terrace with a green natural garden and lots of peace and quiet to relax. The two bedrooms can be reached via the open wooden staircase. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The cozy holiday home Meridiamus 1 is a 32 m² accommodation with a fireplace. It is located not far from the Saaler Bodden, which is within 10 minutes' walking distance. Relax in our garden, explore the Bodden landscape or enjoy the wild and beautiful nature of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, which stretches on the nearby Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. The apartment is located in the attic of our house. The property is about 6,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
